This luxurious condominium provides the perfect setting for a relaxing mountain retreat or fun-filled family vacation. This Beaver Creek Landing condo offers high-end amenities, tasteful furnishings, luxurious finishes, and beautiful views. Perhaps its best feature is its proximity to the mountain ā€“ it is mere feet from the lower Beaver Creek express chairlift, providing incredible ski-in and ski-out access to guests.

The condo contains three bedrooms, two of which have luxurious king sized beds. The second bedroom has two double beds. This large condo will sleep eight people comfortably. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and there is also a half bathroom.

Cook a gourmet meal in the well-equipped and stocked kitchen, which contains everything you will need, including a slow cooker. Or donā€™t cook and take Dial-a Ride (a free Beaver Creek shuttle service) to the Ritz-Carlton or Beaver Creek Village. There is no need for you to ever drive your car during your stay!

This unit is equipped with a brand new 60 inch TV mounted above the beautiful gas fireplace. A DVD player is also included for your entertainment! Two of the bedrooms also have TVs. High speed internet and cable are included.

Beaver Creek Landing's lobby is perfect for families. It contains pool and foosball tables, as well as chess on the over-sized coffee table board. Beaver Creek Landing's front desk provides board games for family fun. Whether you're visiting to hit the slopes in the winter or escape the summer heat, this condo is a perfect place to have your vacation.

Beaver Creek Landing offers a concierge service for anything that you may need during your stay.

15.71% tax rate. $240 cleaning fee additional as well as property damage protection fee of $99, in lieu of a deposit. Three night minimum.

We loved our stay at Beaver Creek Landing. The location was perfect with easy access to the slopes, and the condo was spacious and clean. We appreciated the clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants. If you're looking for a place in Beaver Creek that is convenient, comfortable, and has the mountain lodge charm, this rental is it. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The location and proximity to the ski lift was amazing. The locker room for ski equipment was very convenient. The condo was up to date and very nice. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tubs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host and letting us rent this property.

Wonderful Family Condo

We loved our 2nd stay in this condo. It is perfect for families ā€” it is a true ski in/ski out and we even had our 6 yr old skiing from top to the bottom by the end of the trip!Our only tip would be to remove heated pool from listing (pool was not heated during our stay which was a huge bummer) and to include fans for bedrooms. It was quite warm during our stay and although we opened windows, with the snow plowing in the middle of the night the noise with windows up woke everyone up.Otherwise a great stay! We will be back!

Dream vacation and location

Thank you for such wonderful memories made in Beaver Creek! The property was more than just a rental, it felt like ā€˜homeā€™ the moment we stepped foot through the doors of the condo. The management team very responsive; gorgeous views and the amenities (fitness center, hot tubs, ski lockers) were convenient and well-maintained. Scheduling transport into the Village was super easy and convenient also. We even walked into the Village one day, which was a beautiful scenic experienceā€¦and workout! Our family unanimously asked to plan our next yearā€™s trip in the same location.

Good place for three couples

Place was clean and fit three couples well. Ski in and out was very convenient. Leav the Beav brings you right back to the property from the gulch area. Ski locker big enough to easily handle six peopleā€™s things and convenient to lift.

Incredible Ski-In/Ski-Out

This is a true ski-in/ski-out condominium. The chair lift is directly behind the unit. Lower Beaver Creek lift takes you directly to the Ritz Carlton, Upper Beaver, and Bachelor Gulch lifts. Great ski locker area on first floor leads to a very short walk to the lift. Everything in this top floor unit was clean and up to date. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Consider not renting a car if you are just visiting Beaver Creek. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Gorgeous property, excellent location! It could not have been easier-ski in ski out and we barely carried the skis. So quiet, 3 couples in this spacious, luxury condo. We all agreed-we have never stayed in a nicer place. Donā€™t hesitate to book this property!

Beautiful property with great views and easy accessible location on the mountain. Large ski locker to hold several pairs of skis; only 4 boot warmers. Loved the accommodations for our family of 7.

Hallmark Christmas in Beaver Creek!

Our Florida family decided to spend Christmas in Colorado this year and had the best time! Choosing Beaver Creek Resort and staying at Beaver Creek Landing made for a perfect holiday. From first booking our trip, til the week of our stay, Liz was so attentive and a wonderful resource for all our planning. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with fresh flowers, wine and spectacular mountain views from each of our bedroom windows. The condo is even more beautiful than pictured on VRBO and was our cozy refuge after a day of activities. The well equipped kitchen and dining area allowed us plenty of room for family meals, and the gas fireplace in the living area was enjoyed constantly. A favorite was having coffee in the morning watching the sunrise from our spectacular view. We especially loved the Ski-in Ski-out location, ease of the Ski Butler equipment delivery, ground floor lockers, garage parking and the village shuttle. In minutes we could be in the heart of the village, or back to the Landing away from the crowds. Highlights of the trip were our proximity to the Ritz Carlton on the ā€œLeave the Beav trailā€ where we enjoyed lots of Ski Apresā€™, Christmas Eve service at the Chapel at Beaver Creek, Beanos Cabin and of course a White Christmas holiday! Thank you- we will definitely be back!

Great Ski Vacation!

The property was clean and in great shape. The location was fabulous; truly ski-in, ski out. Important note: the ONLY way back to the condo is via "Leave the Beav". We could not find our way back on the first day. We asked several people working on the mountain and they all gave us different directions, none of which were correct. We appreciated having soap, shampoo, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were there the weekend after Christmas and could not get restaurant reservations, so we did a lot of cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Great ski in - ski out location;

Very nice comfy condo. Great for 3 couples. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. One thing was a little confusing - we checked with the front desk for supplies a couple times but that's not really how it works there. But once we figured that out we were able to get what we needed through the property manager. Do everything through the app, not the people at the desk. Also, the dial-a-ride shuttle to anywhere you want to go was not as easy as it sounded and the shuttle drivers were rude and unhelpful. But again, once we figured the system out it was very convenient. Liz and Zoran seem to keep a great property. Loved the fireplace, views from the deck, and excellent location. The linens were very clean and nice. Kitchen was well-equipped. Overall an excellent place and we'd love to stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! this property is amazing! Not a single detail was overlooked- from the packet of information with activities, restaurant suggestions, grocery options to the minor details you wouldnā€™t expect!! They thought to put travel sized LIPSAVER chapstick in ever bathroomā€¦and if you ski, you know your lips need that. The beds and linens were SO comfortable (i even looked at the brand to buy when we got home). We honestly couldnā€™t have asked for a better week. the location was incredible for skiing (walk out of ski lockers and in 20 steps you are on the ski lift) & skiing home every day from the Ritz on Leav the Beav was one of my favorite parts of the day! Liz is great and was SO helpful before and during the stay & we will definitely be returning and hopefully staying in this unit again!

Great place to stay!

Overall this was a great place to stay. The lift outside the building was not running the first day we were there because there was not enough snow, therefore, no ski in/ski out. The ski rental shop was also closed the entire time we were there, which made things a little inconvenient with the ski rentals. The shuttle was easy, however being at the bottom of the mountain meant more stops either going into the village or coming home. The condo was spacious and very nice!
