In this special spot mere steps from the lake's edge, you'll spend your days swimming, fishing, and taking out the provided canoe from your very own dock.

You'll find this seasonal home on China Neck, the peninsula that sits in the heart of China Lake. The east-facing position makes the house a showcase of morning sunrises over the water, best enjoyed on the enclosed porch a mere 10 feet from the water's edge.

Bring your family for a magical summer of watching eagles overhead from the hammock, barbecuing and picnicking among the trees, and roasting s'mores nightly around the outdoor firepit. Inside, you'll be treated to both atmosphere and comfort, including a well-equipped kitchen, a lakefront dining space, and a gas fireplace to curl up next to in the living room. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is even on hand to help you plan your daily adventures.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
