Chinook House is a beautifully designed custom home in Manzanita, thoughtfully appointed with exceptional amenities for guests of all ages. Ideal for gathering with family and friends, this spacious retreat features four bedrooms plus a loft, offering plenty of room to relax together or spread out in comfort.



The main living area showcases soaring, wood-lined cathedral ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural ocean light. Comfortable furnishings, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace create an inviting atmosphere for cozy evenings and relaxed conversation. Upstairs, the loft offers a pool table for friendly competition, while the lower-level game room keeps kids—and kids at heart—entertained with foosball, air hockey, and table hockey.



The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring a gas range, generous workspace, and elegant pendant lighting. Gather around the dining table or breakfast bar to share meals and make lasting memories.



Step outside to enjoy two spacious decks. One features a private, bubbling hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach—while the other invites you to fire up the barbecue and dine outdoors in the fresh coastal air.



Sleeping accommodations are well-suited for families and groups. The private king suite offers a peaceful retreat, with a queen bedroom nearby. Downstairs, you’ll find another king bedroom with a set of bunk beds, along with a queen bedroom that also includes bunk beds—ideal for children or multi-family stays.



Located less than 150 feet from the beach and just steps from the golf course, Chinook House is also minutes from the shops, spa, wine bar, and restaurants along Laneda Avenue. With easy access to everything the North Oregon Coast has to offer, this home provides the perfect setting for a memorable coastal getaway.

The Neighborhood:

This home located in south Manzanita, has ocean views and a quick access to the beach. Hop in the car for a couple minute drive to Laneda Ave (town).



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.
