Large comfy reclining sofa and 2 single recliners in living room, wood burning stove , large screen tv with cable. Dining room overlooks a nine foot sliding door to deck with gas grill. Fire pit to toast your marshmallows.
Dining room has window day bed that is a great place to read a book or an afternoon nap! Large kitchen with everything you need. First floor master bedroom with king bed and large windows for pleasent breezes! Full bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a half bath. All this is on 5 acres overlooking a pond. Beautiful trails for a nice walk to enjoy nature! Come feel the zen!
Located in the Finger Lakes. Wine country!! Rated the best wine trails in the Country!! Tons of things to do in the area!

Google things to do in Naples N Y and the Finger Lakes. Naples has restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, festivals, music etc…. State parks with hiking and waterfalls! Lots of cute towns for day trips!

What a special property! Very private yet close enough to Naples and Canandaigua to get anything you need. The property is well maintained and the walking paths were fun to explore with our dog. Check-in was super easy and the owners were available and ran over when a minor issue arose. We would definitely book again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is close to a skiing area and lots of attractions. The cabin is well maintained and there were no issues. Great communication with the owners.

Great Stay

My wife, daughter, dog and I stayed here for an anniversary get away. What an incredible property and beautiful surrounding area! The stay was comfortable, refreshing and we had a lot of fun! Will be recommending this to friends and family!

We loved our “vacation home,” as our kids loved to say. Carol, our hostess, was amazing and helpful. She hid stones for our toddlers to explore and find on the property. They loved the pine woods in the back, with a beautiful sunrise! We loved the hideaways in the house—the kids spent every early morning reading on the window bed and every mid-morning in the loft, laughing and playing and feeling very grown up. They loved chasing frogs at the pond, and all of us loved having fires at night. We couldn’t have asked for more! The area is beautiful, too. The cabin is a drivable distance to so many beautiful places. We give our whole stay two thumbs up!

Cozy Cabin living

This cabin is awesome, it sits in the hills of Naples NY and has its own trails and property. The cabin was impeccably clean and the owner, Carol, made you feel at home. I’m looking forward to staying again.

Wonderful Cabin Experience

Awesome cabin that fit our party perfectly. An abundance of outdoor activities was a great way to spend time outside without leaving the property and tire out a toddler. Would love to return again.

Frequent renter

This is the fourth or fifth time we've stayed here for a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. It's cozy and remote, but with all the conveniences you would expect in a very nice condo. We're usually here in the colder time of the year, making it perfect for staying inside, spending time together, and binging a series or two. We'll be back again.

Absolutely Wonderful Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was extremely clean and the decor is done beautifully. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. There is so much to do on the property, especially with kiddos and the entire property is extremely well taken care of. We visit the Canandaigua area somewhat frequently and will be back for sure, thank you Carol and Lou for a wonderful stay.

Another great stay!

Love this rental! Cozy, clean, warm, secluded, and relaxing. A great place to get away from it all for our family of four (2 adults; 2 teens). Especially love the wood stove for winter nights. Thank you again, Carol and Lou!

Secluded and clean cabin with all the amenities

The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and away from any visible neighbors on 5 acres. Our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids under 9) would definitely return.

Amazing

This is such a beautiful cabin. We loved our time here, again. I immediately de-stressed walking in the door. The walking paths are lovely. We will definitely return. Carol and Lou are easy to work with and make great banana bread:)

Loved it!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful cabin and the gorgeous park-like setting. Our dogs loved it as well! It was the perfect getaway for our honeymoon, and we hope to return in the future. It was absolutely wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our unofficial vacation home

This was the fourth time we’ve had a weekend getaway at the cabin. It it homey, relaxing, and quiet, with all the conveniences you could want. Carol and Lou are wonderful hosts. We’ll be going back again.

Short vacation to Finger Lakes region

Great cabin with all the amenities of home in a quiet wooded location. The cabin is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The grounds are very well kept including ponds and hiking trails. Conveniently located to Lakes Canandaigua and Seneca. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our visit this year was the third in a row! We love the peaceful setting. The house has everything you could ask for- it’s beautiful and clean. The owners are wonderful. We are looking forward to next years trip already.

Wonderful get away

Totally enjoyed our stay. We would go out and about during the day and then back to the cottage by 4:00. We would cook together and make a campfire and just listen to music and talk. Pond and frogs kept my grandson busy for hours. So quiet and enjoyable great for family time

Cozy, comfortable and even lovelier than the pics!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this warm inviting home, it's beautiful setting, and the genuinely caring hosts! You will have everything necessary to feel very at home while away from home. I particularly enjoyed the sounds of nature combined with the trickling fountain in the pond! I will be very happy to stay here again, and hopefully soon!

Cozy Cabin

This cabin is cozy and comfortable with modern amenities, so we could enjoy our getaway without getting too “rustic”. Our family of five loved having the cabin as our home base after a day of exploring the Finger Lakes region. Just as much, we loved hanging out at the cabin, playing board games, roasting marshmallows around the campfire, and taking nature walks around the property. Each detail of the house was beautifully thought out. We loved our stay here.

Cozy and secluded oasis

We were looking for something secluded and quaint for our honeymoon and this place sure delivered. An easy drive to both Keuka and Seneca lakes for some great wine tasting! We got to enjoy the lakes and the quiet of upstate NY’s natural beauty. The place was clean, well maintained, with many acres of beautiful woods. Will be recommending to others and coming back!

Lou and I just finished building this awesome cabin in July 2015. We love the area and have another cabin near by that we stay in. We designed to buy this 5 and build this beautiful cabin! We love the peace and quite that the cabin offers! We feel it is a magical place!

We live in Mendon which is 40 minutes away and love spending time with our two daughters, our son-in-laws and our four grand children.
