This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Conch Club condo is nestled on Little Cayman’s secluded South Hole Sound. Enjoy breathtaking views everywhere you look. To the south, you face a sparkling ocean and 400 feet of un-crowded white sand beach, and to the north, one of the Caribbean’s largest bird sanctuaries, home for several rare species. With luxurious accommodations, you have an opportunity to make Little Cayman Island your home away from home. The unit is fully furnished with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy ocean front views, fully-equipped modern kitchen, two swimming pools, Jacuzzi and outdoor deck and patio areas. The incredible coral reefs that hug the island are a diver’s dream and a fisherman’s fantasy. World class diving is just minutes away with Conch Club Divers who are ready to take you on an unforgettable dive experience. Enjoy some of the most spectacular wall diving in the Caribbean at the world famous Bloody Bay Marine Park.

Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by soothing Caribbean colors of yellow, sea greens and soft blues. The open kitchen, large dining area and family room provide a comfortable gathering place for family and friends. A wall of glass doors opens out to the covered patio only a few steps away from the soft white sand and turquoise-sea the Caribbean is known for. The kitchen is well stocked including a blender for making all those frozen fruity drinks which are a ‘must have’ while on a tropical vacation.

Upstairs you will find a guest room with private bathroom. The beds can be set up as 2 twins or a comfortable king size. Down the hall you will enter the spacious master bedroom with private bath, a king size bed and TV hidden in the armorer. You will appreciate the wall of glass doors opening up to a sun patio with another stunning view of the ocean.

US Dollars are welcome throughout the Cayman Islands so there is no need to exchange your money before arrival. Currently the exchange rate is approximately $1.25 US to 1.00CI. A resident manager lives on site and is ready and willing to make your stay as stress free as possible!

location! location!

Though the condo is quite dated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The management was quite receptive to some shower issues were having and gave us a night free for our troubles!

Great accomodations

Place was all snd more than we expected. However, instructions talked to bikes that weren't there and kayaks for the property would be nice. Eaton helped and was accommodating after i found his new number.

Relaxing and beautiful

We always love our trips to Little Cayman, but Conch Club is one of our favorite places to stay! The view is breathtaking and the property is lovely and relaxing.

Spacious and Very Comfortable!

We spent a week at this condo and it was fantastic! Plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Beautiful waterfront views! We found it to be generously equipped with not only cooking necessities but a lot of touches from home. Plenty of linens, cooking spices, coffee filters, dish soap, suntan lotion, mosquito spray, games and books. We were diving every morning and had breakfast and lunch at the condo. We chose to eat dinner out and the restaurants are all within easy walking or bicycling distance. Rebecca kept in touch with us throughout our booking, providing us with extra tips that were very handy. We highly recommend this condo!

Love Little Cayman

The Conch Club provides everything you need to relax and enjoy Little Cayman. Bikes, kayaks, and perfect accommodations for my family of six. And the people are always gracious . . . especially Eaton. Will be back, soon I hope.

Great for Small Kids

We enjoyed our time in this unit. My 3 year old daughter had plenty to do, which was perfect since there isn’t much recreation for youngsters on the island. Pool, beach combing, kayaks, hammock, walking the pier, splashing in the ocean. Close to restaurants, airport & grocery store for last minute items or ordering food to go. The condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the A/C works great. Beds were comfortable as well. All questions were answered in a timely fashion ad we were well taken care of. Thank you! We will be back if we stay on Little Cayman again. The Darr Family

Little piece of heaven

Such a beautiful spot! Condo worked brilliantly, close to amenities in Blossom village, kitchen well equipped, beds super comfy and plenty of towels. 3 bikes and 2 kayaks between 5 of us meant we couldn’t all go out together which was a shame but hired kayaks from Southern Cross next door, who also so fab buffet lunch! Also bikes need an Allen key to adjust seat heights which we didn’t have. All in all a really lovely stay though, thank you 😊

Great location

This was a wonderful place to stay and Richard and Eaton were both very responsive. There are a few things that need repair and updating, but nothing that impacts the stay. We were quite comfortable. Coffee filters would have been a nice touch :)

Awesome location, might avoid high season

We loved our stay at conch club. The location cannot really get any better. The place was super clean and neat. The transfers etc were on time and friendly etc. For the most part everything is adequate. We did find it a little expensive comparatively. We have stayed at a few places on lc and in conch club 12 before. Over december the prices are a bit steep. The rates are luxury level but the accomodations are not quite that level. Dont get me wrong, you really dont need anything else, but the price tag is a bit steep. Little gremlins we encountered was the wifi didnt work for instance. The bicycles are a little dangerous as the breaks dont really work anymore. Also the ground floor bedroom ac is very poor. And generally that room is a little dated. We were two couples and we relocated them upstairs to the twins and moved our child into the main bedroom on account of the poor ac. That said, perfect location but needs a little tlc to justify the pricetag

Ideal location, comfortable home away from home

Conch club condos is ideally located down the street from two major dive operators, Grocery store, and island amenities. A good walk-through is needed on the condo to update the stove burners, worn linens, and bicycles, two of which had flat tires. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Idyllic accomodation on Little Cayman

Well-appointed and comfortable condo on the beach. The kids (6-12 years old) especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bikes and sit-on kayaks are available and provide activities in addition to swimming and snorkeling. Eaton, the caretaker, is very helpful and responsive to any needs. Conch Club condos are really terrific, and we'll be back!

Beautiful and comfortable

From the earliest communication with Rebecca to Eaton picking us up from the airport to taking us back the place was great! Had an issue that was handled quickly and repaired and communication with Rebecca was easy and delightful. Would stay here again as soon as I can get back!

Scuba Diver's connection to Bloody Bay Wall

We have just returned from our week stay enjoying scuba diving and snorkelling. We had a very nice time and found this well kept unit to meet our needs. The location could not be any better with the ocean only a few steps from our front door. The condo was comfortably air conditioned and had ample room for our group of six adults. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the layout provided privacy. We truly enjoyed our stay in this relaxing condo. The kitchen was well appointed with all the requirements for us to make some very fine meals. We found the variety of cooking appliances to be modern and helpful. We could have used some better kitchen knives (fortunately we always travel with a few quality ones just in case). The outdoor barbecue was depended upon, as many meals were based on its use. The mountain bikes were used each day to obtain groceries (15 minute trip) or for tours to look around - we are grateful the owners were so kind to provide them for our use. We also used the shared kayaks and enjoyed some fantastic snorkelling at Owen Island. The proximity to Conch Club Divers was convenient and this dive operator is excellent to scuba dive with. You simply have to love the "Bloody Bay Wall" diving. Also the few Conch Condo neighbours we met, were very pleasant and openly friendly. Eaton who met us at the airport was super nice and did help us with our transfers. He did assist with transporting us, our luggage and our groceries upon our arrival. He is very pleasant and was much appreciated to make our stay so positive. The only concern we experienced was with the irregular telephone and internet connections. All in all this was great location and a very nice affordable condo.

Great property. Perfect for our group of 5.

We loved this property. The condo was well appointed, clean and nicely decorated in island appropriate decor. The response to our request for a repair and extra keys was immediate. Our main suggestion, to the whole condo association would be to arrange to deke up the seaweed at the edge of the water a couple times a week.

Wonderful escape to Little Cayman

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the unit. Eaton collected us from the airport (and kindly stopped at the grocery store for us to get some basics). Our unit was perfect. 3 bedroom unit which comfortably held 6, and could probably hold up to 8 overlooking the ocean and beach. The unit is right on the beach and has a pool and hot tub. We made use of the units kayaks, kayaking all the way to and around Owen Island, fishing, snorkelling, swimming in the turquoise waters; using the units bikes we biked for a few hours sightseeing the island, and used the bikes to pop down to the islands grocery store and restaurants. The island is great for anyone wanting to relax and get away from everything. When we wanted to get around the whole island, we hired a car and McLaughlins and the very friendly rental office delivered the car to the unit and dropped us back at our unit at the end of our rental. Wow - top notch service. Eaton came and collected us at the end of our stay and took us to the airport. He was friendly and punctual and made our trip to and from the island hassle free.
