Fantastic! We love this complex. It's safe and quiet. Plus the hot tub and pool (a must have for Phoenix in the summer!) are great highlights. Glad you had a comfortable stay and it's our pleasure to be available for guests. Come back anytime!

Thank you for staying with us, Lisa! We're glad you enjoyed the recent upgrades in this unit and it's proximity to everything you need. We'd love to host you again another time!

We were happy to give you exceptional service, Tracey! It’s very important to us that our guests have an awesome stay and are glad you did! And thanks for the note about the towels—looks like they might’ve gotten mixed up during your stay and we would’ve happily sorted it out for you had you mentioned it; we purchase brand new towels very often and have some new matching ones there now. While we are tucked in a quiet complex, keeping it nice and cool in the summer months, we are lucky to have two cute patios with beautiful new furniture in additional to the attached garage and our guests also love lounging at the pool area with the gazebo, bbq and comfy lounge chairs that’s rarely used by others. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and wish you all the best!

Thank you for the five star review, Anita! We’re so glad you enjoyed the comfort and convenience that our home offers. We’ve always had a drip coffee machine there so I am sorry that you were not able to find it and it was so thoughtful of you to purchase another one. Next time just reach out and we can help! Thanks, again!

Thank you, Sandra! We are so glad you had such a great stay. Thank you for noticing all of our special attention to detail. We hope to have you back.

Thanks, John. Glad you enjoyed your stay so much. Our guests love how quiet and cool it keeps in our ground level condo tucked in the center. Our guests agree that the front patio and cute little back patio are great for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Thanks for sharing!

We're so pleased to hear you had a wonderful extended stay and found the home comfortable and convenient for your Spring Training adventures! From the well-stocked kitchen to the sunny patios and added bonus of the garage, it sounds like everything came together just right. It's always our pleasure to be responsive and make sure guests feel well cared for. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for the honest feedback, Angie! We have been doing this for a very long time and appreciate any opportunity when we can continue to improve as we are always striving to give our guests an incredible experience. We’re so glad that you enjoyed the quiet well located ground level condo and loved the beautiful kitchen and the walk-in marble shower, etc. The place has been deep cleaned, all the kitchen drawers have been organized —we know guests can maybe not put things back where they belong—and we have updated our welcome book to include include some new restaurants in the area. We’re sorry that you found one of the beds to be too soft, I’m glad that you were able to sleep in the other bedroom that has a nice firm bed. We like to provide one of each because some people like our guests before and after you really enjoy a cloud-like bed and some people like a firmer mattress so we’ve got one of each to make sure everyone is happy. Thanks again!

Hi Steve and Kathy, so happy you enjoyed your stay! After this experience, we decided to hire a completely new cleaning crew that has been doing an amazing job top to bottom and never missing a thing. Thank you for making us aware of this so we could make the hard decision to make an immediate change. Having our gorgeous vacation home offer the upmost comfort, cleanliness and service for our guests is our top priority. We look forward to having you back again.

Thanks, Susan! It was a pleasure having you! We are so glad you and your group had such a nice stay at our special place! We hope to have you back.

Glad you had such a nice stay! While our complex itself was built some time ago, our condo was remodeled from top to bottom within the last two years. I’m glad you enjoyed it so much. Our cleaning crew does an impeccable deep clean between stays so needn’t worry the place was given a deep cleaning after your stay. We don’t ask our guests to do that but thank you. Thanks for the 5 stars! We love it too!

Thank you, Shana! We are so happy you enjoyed our property so much. It is a special place! We look forward to having you back!

Wow, thank you so much! We would love to host you again in the future!

Hi Mary, thank you again for letting us know where we can improve. The cleaners have been made aware of this and have adjusted to ensure this was a one time thing. We are so glad you enjoyed your time at our condo, and we hope to have you again.

Thank you so much for the rave review! We love it too and hope to host you again!

So glad you enjoyed your time at our comfortable and upgraded condo. There's plenty of areas around the complex to walk our little furry friends and we also have a couple doggy parks in the area. Thanks for staying with us!
