Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review. First, the hot tub has not been advertised as an amenity for several years after it was permanently removed from service. We have reviewed our listing and can confirm that it was not included as an advertised feature during your stay. During your stay, the only issue reported to us was that the grill was not in satisfactory condition. We responded immediately and replaced it with a brand-new grill to address your concern. None of the other issues mentioned in this review were reported to us during your stay, which unfortunately prevented us from having the opportunity to investigate or resolve them. We take great pride in maintaining our property and are committed to providing excellent customer service, as reflected in your positive comments regarding our communication. While we understand that every guest may have different expectations, we believe our listing photos accurately represent the property and its condition. We appreciate all feedback and will continue working to provide a positive experience for future guests.
