The Kite Beach House is a brand new home only 2 minute's walk from the northern end of Cocoplum Beach, Exuma, one of the loveliest beaches on earth. Kite pristine waters or just lounge on the beach. Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The property is fully solar-powered and features soaring ceilings, oversized glass sliding doors, polished concrete walls and warm stained wood. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, heated (extra charge) pool, hot tub, home theatre and widow's walk deck with crazy views!

2 bedrooms upstairs, one king with ensuite master bath and outdoor shower, the other with queen and bathroom across the hall. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional sleeping quarters in playroom downstairs (XL twin over queen bunk bed) but note access is down circular stairs just outside the kitchen sliding door, and no bathroom down there. All mattresses are firm memory foam with hotel grade linens.

Kite lessons and tours, boat outings, grocery starter package and most other holiday services available upon request.

Kite Beach House

Perfectly located, short walk to beach, beachside restaurant etc. Quiet area felt welcome by area residents. Short drive to some amazing beaches, plus sitting on COCO Plum beach, this property has everything as advertised. Steven was outstanding with answering any questions we had during our stay.

First time to this part of Exuma, won't be our last!

We've stayed all over Exuma, and while each part has its delights, we found this home to be a great value to include a pool. Beds were very comfortable, and home was clean. AC units worked very well. Wifi was good, as well. We loved eating just down the beach at Shoreline, and it was nice to be so close to government dock at Barraterre for our full day boat trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and are hopeful to return soon!

To say this place was amazing is an understatement. Stephen was an outstanding host. The house and amenities were over the top. It's a beautiful location with breathtaking scenery. A very quiet side of the island that makes you feel as though you are farther away from the rest of the world than you really are. Airport, stores, restaurants and shopping are within a 15-20 minute drive. There is a nice bar, The Shoreline, down the beach that consisted of a 5 minute walk. Great food and drinks. We will definately be back. Thank you Stephen!

Amazing Location

We stayed here with our family. Its a cool off the grid house with a great view. Its a short walk to my favorite beach on the island. Its also a short walk up the beach to Shoreline for food and drinks. The house is nice and secluded which was perfect for us. I'd recommend renting a Jeep.

First time to this part of the island. Cocoplum beach and shoreline restaurant were a short 5-8 min walk away. The beach below the house was a short 2-3 min walk.We stayed for 10 days as a family of 6, 2 teens ages 16 & my adult son with his GF and my spouse & I. The owner Steve was probably the most responsive host I have ever had. The pool is very roomy. The top deck lockout area was a great bonus. The home has some beach chairs. The downstairs bedroom is detached from the house and does not have a toilet/shower, this was fine for the 2 teen girls who loved having their own space. Liked that the home was in close proximity to some good restaurants! This home is certainly a great value for its location!

Amazing Ocean Views and Beautiful Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Great Exuma Kite House. It was the perfect beach location for our group. We loved the view from large decks, hot tub and pool. Having a great indoor area to gather, cook and relax was terrific and only outdone by that gorgeous water view. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean and there were plenty of towels. Whenever we had questions Stephen was quick to respond and offer solutions.

What An Incredible Experience

We cannot say THANK YOU enough to Steven and everybody at Kite Beach House. If you are looking for an amazing house with amazing views, this is it. House was beautiful, everything worked perfect and Steven made sure all of our needs were met and helped us with every detail of our trip. DO NOT pass up any opportunity to stay at this amazing property. We cannot wait to go back.

WOW. Simply amazing spot

Wow is all we can say! Never is it easy to leave Exuma, but this special home made it EXTRA tough to exit the island. Such a special place Steve has here, from the setting...to the comfy beds, amazing pool, hot tub and the views just go on and on! SO cool to stay in a place that is completely off the grid...on one of the nicest beaches in the world!! We will be back!

Beautiful views

Beautiful modern home. AMAZING views of the beach just below. The road to home was a smidge bumpy and a jeep might be better equipped. Check in process was smooth. Our host communicated with us often, checking in. He answered any questions we had. We also loved our very short beach walk to the nearby bar/grill. One of our favorite features of home was layout deck and outside shower! This home is a little off the grid and gave a great private feel.

Kite Beach Magic

Our stay at Kite Beach House was nothing short of magical. The property is perfectly positioned right near the beach, offering absolutely stunning views that we never got tired of. Waking up to the ocean as our backdrop was pure bliss.The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a gorgeous pool that felt like our own private oasis. One of the best parts was the privacyā€”this stretch of beach felt almost completely ours the entire time.We also loved the convenience of being within walking distance to two fantastic restaurants, which made dining out super easy (and delicious!).Communication with the host was excellent from start to finishā€”quick responses, thoughtful touches, and great local recommendations.If youā€™re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape in the Bahamas, this is it. We canā€™t wait to return!

40th Bday in Paradise

The Bahamas has a ton of islands and this spot in Exuma is hands down worth your investment to vacation. It's off the beaten path with a dirt road and no close neighbors. A short walk to the beach where if you walk right or left will find a place each direction serving alcohol and food. You'll dream about the outdoor shower after you leave and without any exaggeration this is the first vacation of my life where I didn't feel like i needed a vacation from vacation. Our host had incredible communication from start to finish. Stop at a grocery store and cook dinner and enjoy the ridiculous views nonstop. The best view was the stars at night, just incredible. Literally grabbed pics of the Milky Way.
