Brand new luxury cabin in an incredible location central to hiking, shopping, Dollywood, dining and entertainment - just 3 minutes from the center of Pigeon Forge with easy access via wide paved roads with NO steep inclines. Warning though... the location is fantastic and convenient yet with all the comfort and activities at the cabin you may never want to leave.

You will enjoy a private heated indoor pool, elaborate game room, high end luxury finishes inside and a hot tub, fire pit and lighted outdoor living area outside. Magnolia Pool Lodge will be the perfect cabin for your family vacation. The cabin features 2 king suites each with private bath and upgraded mattresses and bedding and a kids bunk room that can sleep 4 which also includes a private bath. The great room includes a sleeper sofa for a few extra guests.

4 Total baths and 1 half bath on the main level.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Reviewer Comments: Nice facilities, liked the room set up with each having a separate bath. The pool room and game room were great for the kids. But, it lacked many basic expectations, i.e. no trash bags, not enough toilet paper for 10 people, place was 82 degrees when we got there, beds were uncomfortable.

The time that we stayed there was a car show going on. We were hoping for a little more quiet at the cabin, but with all the cars and construction going on it was hard to come by. The cabin however was beautiful. We did have a couple of issues but they were solved quickly. They were very nice and responsive.

A little disappointed in the size of the pool. Overall we had a good trip but would not recommend this cabin to others.

Family Stay @ the Magnolia Pool Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being new, we really enjoyed how nice everything was. However, with everything being new there were a few nuisances ie: all clocks were not set, TV's were not logged in so we were unable to watch anything on any of the TV's without creating a Samsung account, etc. Also, as a heads up, there is still quite a bit of construction to surrounding properties. Pool heater could be turned up a bit more as water was a bit chilly. These are just things to mention, but overall we had a fantastic stay and will be back!! Can't wait to see the surrounding area once construction is complete!

There is construction across the street, and on both sides of the cabin. Construction is EVERYWHERE. The outdoor patios along with the outdoor furniture were covered in sawdust and other construction dust. The indoor pool did not feel “heated” at all. Otherwise, the cabin would have been nice.

Beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was gorgeous but had some concerning elements too. There was so much space for our group, the kitchen had everything needed and the arcade and pool/hot tub absolutely thrilled the kids. The area of concerns follow. There was trash all around the property. From bottles/lighters/clothing, it was obvious that no one was paying attention to the exterior. A nail was popping through one stair and my daughter cut her foot on it on the way down the stairs to the pool. This was easy enough for us to fix so we didn’t report it. There are so many soft spots on the main floor. I don’t know if there was water damage or what but the floor had so many valleys, specifically around the kitchen. The king room on the third floor needed a lot of work. The bed frame was damaged and the center support slid out from under the bed every time someone got in it. This caused the middle of the bed to sink in. The dresser in this room had drawers that couldn’t open and the bathroom oddly didn’t have a toilet paper holder. I want to stress that we had a great stay. The elements listed above certainly didn’t ruin our trip but I wanted to make someone aware. For a new home it really felt like the home is now being actively maintained and the purpose of my feedback is to make sure someone knows and it can be fixed for future renters.

Heaters in basement level didn't work appropriately so was chilly in arcade/pool table room as well as room that the private pool was in. Property management company did come out but still didn't seem to work once looked at and left. Pool was nice for our granddaughter but the water temp wasn't very warm for anyone else to want to stay in for very long. Could partially have been because of the heater not working properly and the room being cold. Only other thing I would say was a negative is that there wasn't enough living room seating for everyone. Kitchen and dining room area had plenty of seating. Kitchen was stocked nicely with small appliances and cookware/bakeware. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and most were a very nice, large size. Cabin was nicely decorated. Pool table/arcade room was a fun area that we enjoyed. Hot Tub was also nice. There was outdoor patio seating on 2 levels along with firetables which was nice. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge Parkway. Cabin is very close to other cabins but we knew this at time of booking. It was fairly quiet though even with construction going on around us. The parking is tight if you have bigger vehicles but again this is not a secluded cabin so to be expected. Overall good experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will begin with our arrival. There was so much construction that we couldn't park in our designated parking spot because they were parked there. We listened to construction work all day during the week. Our cabin was poorly built. They literally slammed it up and started renting it. I have pictures of the balcony door being so far off that it doesn't latch to lock, trim that still has muddy footprints on it that was hung, toilets that were broken/damaged, a dishwasher that would blow a breaker every time it was used, trim with nails still protruding from the trim, toilet paper holders that were broken, chess pieces that were broken, arcade games that wouldn't work, wifi in the main living room that was so poor you couldn't watch because of buffering, mortar dust pile in the pool room that has yet to be cleaned up, and upstairs windows that don't even have screens on the windows. The cabin was our worst stay at Elk Springs and we were repeat customers. These cabins are too close together with very little privacy between them. We loved our last stay so much that we wanted to return, but now we will find another place to go after this stay. We are severely disappointed in our trip with what we spent on the rental. We will not be a repeat customer after this. If you like the overly commercialized cabin setting with neighbors close to the strip, this is for you.
