Great little condo with SUCH a great view and location! Restaurants 5 min away, beach across the street, boardwalk 5 min away. I appreciated the cozy, homey feel of the condo and the extra efforts taken to make my stay enjoyable. The coffee you left was delicious! Thank you! Also, not having worry about paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc when I got there. Even down to frozen glasses in the freezer! Greatly appreciated!! Enjoyed my stay!

The location of the condo is great. Right on the end of the complex, so it has great views of the marsh and ocean. The condo is very quiet and has great light.

Audrey is very responsive and I appreciated that she allowed dogs without astronomical fees or stipulations that most condo owners do. The location of this condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway- steps away from the beach that does not get overly busy, wide open views to the north, and the patio is shaded in the afternoon and patio furniture/ ( along with furniture in condo ) is top notch.

A little slice of paradise

I get this place at 10 out of 10. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach is here. The location was perfect and condo had everything we needed to feel like home. The hostess was so kind to make this stay special for my little one’s birthday. I can’t wait to book another stay here!

Lovely home in a great location

Beautiful, comfortable well appointed condo at beach. The view is stunning, the home is clean and comfortable, and the owner is very friendly and responsive. Neighborhood pool is nice, beach access is pretty close too. The property is on the far end of the island, which was a plus for me, but it’s still only a mile or two to the pier and food, etc. The condo is on the 4th floor, accessible only by stairs. No biggie, but if you have physical limitations, take note.

Perfect beach retreat.

The condo was spotless and so cozy. The homey feeling it provided was the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. The bed was beyond comfortable and I got some of the best sleep that I have had in awhile. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook some homemade meals which were fantastic to eat at the table with such a wonderful view. I would love to return to and enjoy another stay. Audrey is extremely thoughtful and considerate host. Her customer service made me feel welcome and important. She truly cares about the guests and their experiences. I love the location and being able to walk to the beach. My dog, envy felt right at home and loved going to the beach as well. When I go back to Carolina Beach, I will always check and see if this condo is available. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I would highly encourage you to take it!

The best stay with the best views!

Highly recommend booking your stay here! This condo in perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool. The surrounding views and open windows were amazing, constantly reminding you you’re on vacation. The condo was perfectly decorated and amenities were awesome. Hanging out on the patio and being able to hear the ocean was perfect and the end of the day. Audrey was a wonderful and communicative host to help if anything was needed. 5 stars all around! Will definitely be back.

Excellent beach condo

From the location to decor to cleanliness we absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect! We brought our dog and had everything we needed for her and us. The location isn’t beach front, but even better, because we were steps from the pool and beach. Two balconies with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. We definitely be back!

I have loved learning about being a host as well as figuring out ways to make my guest's stay the best that I can! I enjoy spending time at Carolina Beach with my pup (she has her own umbrella), drinks at the pier and going out on the ICW. I also spend a lot of time in Raleigh with my family and friends.

I chose this condo as soon as I saw the windows! I couldn't help but fall in love with them and the panoramic view from the porch and couch and I hope you will too!
