🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Stucco repair work is currently ongoing at the resort.

It does not affect guest amenities such as the pool, fitness center, lobby, or elevators, though light daytime noise may occur.

🚗 PARKING & FEES

• Parking Fee: $18/day + tax, payable directly to the resort upon check-in

• No resort fees charged by Stay Aloha

• Damage Insurance Fee: $100 covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage

Accidents happen — we have you covered. No damage deposit required.

🌊 BEACH INFORMATION

The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect the beach’s size and accessibility.

During the fall and winter, sand may temporarily wash away but typically returns in spring and summer. Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaiʻi are working diligently to restore Kahana Bay to its full potential.

When direct beach access is limited, a public beach access point is located within a 5-minute walk.

(Photos taken 1/16/23 show usable beach, but this cannot be guaranteed year-round.)

🏨 HOTEL ZONED:

This property is Hotel Zoned and not affected by the proposed short-term rental ban.

🐓🦎 PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:

Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter the occasional rooster or harmless gecko.

Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them. The HOA provides regular pest control, but insects and small wildlife are part of island life.

☀️ HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:

Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate supports insects, rodents, and lizards.

If guests experience more than normal pest activity, we will promptly coordinate with the HOA. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected, and such contact does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for a refund.
