Las Marinas #407 is a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium. You and your guests will love this condo's modern decor and abundance of natural light. The large windows let you enjoy and take in the beautiful water views of the channel. Direct balcony access from the living/dining area allows you to sit and enjoy the tropical island climate while catching great 4th floor views of the channel and some peakaboo views of the Laguna Madre bay! Our modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage, ideal for culinary adventures. Each of the three bedrooms is designed for relaxation to accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably, with the master suite boasting a King bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom entails one twin. This condo has a unique feature of a bonus room, which has a sofa and TV to catch your favorite movie and is treated like a second living area. You will also find 2 twin beds in this room for late night movie watchers!

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
