Proximity cards are required to access and open all gates on the resort property. Upon check in you will find two proximity cards on the bar for your use. These cards are placed inside waterproof lanyards with the unit number and our contact info to help you keep track of them. Do not lose these two Proximity cards! You will be charged a $50 replacement fee for each card that is lost or not found in the unit upon your check out. Also you will not be able to go in or out the gates without the proximity cards.

After booking the property you will be required to fill out a damage waiver and provide a valid credit card to put on file to cover any damages that may occur during your stay. This damage waiver will be attached to this message thread after booking; it will need to be completed, signed and returned prior to your arrival. If this completed, and signed damage waiver is not received prior to your arrival then you will not be able to check in or allowed on resort property; therefore forfeiting your reservation and all monies paid.

We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Publix Supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Thunder Beach Bike Week Ralley

Less than 900 feet to the unit and your own private 2 car parking area (no parking garages or elevators to deal with here !) The resort has 11 pools, (two of which are located right out the back door patio of our unit surrounded by your own personal recreation area, for 18 holes of free putt putt, and shuffleboard) All of which is veiwable from the patio and upper back deck (a great place to turn loose the kids and keep an eye on them as well !. The resort also offers a workout area and 4 tennis courts, two of which are lighted.
