Our resort features a beach side pool and clubhouse--11 pools throughout the gated complex, shuffleboard, mini golf, exercise room, playground, and wi-fi hotspots. Just a short walk from your door to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Unit is completely furnished with bedding as follows: 2-Queen beds and 1 twin foldaway bed. Full size kitchen and washer/dryer. 2 Dedicated parking spaces right at your door. This unit sits on courtyard with pool, tennis, shuffleboard right out your door. Family vacation

We had a great time the place was very clean and had close access to all the area attractions. We were able to enjoy the beach as well as the poolat the condo. Which was just steps away from the back door. Would definitely enjoy staying again in the future.

Loved this property and had a great time. Loved being right next to the pool. Wish it wouldn’t have been such a walk to the beach but we loved it and enjoyed it.

Gulf Highlands

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Having a Pool just a few steps out the back door was great as well! And it was just a short walk to the beach! Communication with Victoria the property manager was great too . She was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions that we had about our stay. Karen

False advertisement

The property needs updating and was dirty came into inches of water in the tub and not only that was watched the whole time and then evicted from the property and made to leave in the middle of thd night absolutely terrible

Fun location, great trip

Low stress, everything you could want within walking distance. Stayed longer than planned, didn't want to leave. Property owners were helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Awesome!!

We truly enjoyed the accommodations while we were in PCB for a baseball tournament. Everything was clean and had everything you needed for a home away from home. We hope to be back soon !!

Good stay for our family of 4

Thanks Victoria for hosting us during our transition over to Panama City Beach. The location was perfect because it is only a few minutes of a walk to the beach and the heated pool is right in back of townhome. The kids were always entertained. The townhome is a little outdated but otherwise a good stay at a decent price. Oh and having a blender wouldn’t hurt either! Thanks again.

Awesome!

I brought my 3 children (21, 17, and 13) for a week. We all had a great stay. We loved that the beach was very close but not right on the water to avoid big crowds. We coame and went as we wanted and needed. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Place was very clean. The pool is right out the back door. Definitely a place to stay, relax and revisit in the future. Communication was easy too! Thank you Tori!

Accused of lying by the property manager

We were accused of breaking 9 glasses and having a pet in the unit when we did neither one. When I tried to explain to the manager that we did no such thing, we were accused of being liars and were told to stop explaining ourselves. The property manager is charging us our deposit for the damages when we did not do these things. Will not be coming back to this unit.

Love this place! Victoria is great!

This place was great! I have stayed in Gulf Highlands for the past 6 to 7 years, and Victoria is the best property manager we have ever rented from. My friends and I loved the screened in back porch and balcony. You have a pool right outside of the unit when you walk out on the back patio. The unit itself was very clean, and we loved the fact that the front door was a keyless entry. You don't have to worry about keeping up with keys. The walk to the beach is a little longer than we usually prefer, but the unit itself makes up for it. We already have our second trip booked for the year!

2019 Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Condo! It’s in a perfect location! Condo was very clean and nicely decorated! It truly felt like home for a week! Victoria was amazing to work with and always responded quickly to my texts! We would definitely stay again if available! We love Gulf Highland and PCB!

who took the curtain rod and valance?

Great place. Small. Neat. Tidy. Nothing fancy. I've put off writing this as I was so livid after being accused of removing a stupid curtain road and "frufru" valance from the living room window. There wasn't anything on the window when we got there but a venetian blind which was fine with me. Two days into our stay, my daughter went to do laundry and found rusty water leaking from the ceiling onto the washer. The "manager" said there was nothing above to leak in there. HO HO...except the hot water heater which had to be replaced. We also battled an ant problem on our own til we were so overwhelmed with the little devils I had to call. So we treated it like our own home and took care of biz then we were called thieves. NOT NICE.

This guest is completely lying about the water heater. The guest did not report a problem with the water heater and there are no rust stains or anything like that in the condo. Ants come here every spring and we immediately sent pest control. The ants are teeny weeny sugar ants that do not bite, but they are a seasonal issue at both of my units on this street. We took care of them right away, and the guest is exaggerating as to the scope. The curtain was in fact missing after this guest. She is just mad because she was charged from her deposit $50 to hang a new rod (the rod was also bent) and buy a curtain. This guest got charged, so she decided to both lie, and inflate other claims because of security deduction. Patsy, you are not welcome to stay with us again.
