Rental includes the main level only, and exclusive private access to the pool and gardens. Renovated 2026. The upper level is closed off but unoccupied for the duration of your stay.

Rental is for the main floor only, the upper level is closed off during the rental period and you will have exclusive use of the property. You will be provided with a remote which allows entry through both the main gate, and the gate to the villa.

Only for rent during the summer months, with a minimum 7 day rental. (with the exception of Monaco Grand Prix weekend). Discount provided for 60 days. Well behaved, non shedding pets welcome. Quiet, exclusive neighbourhood, no parties.
