Spacious south-facing villa, securely enclosed, in a quiet, desirable area about 3 minutes drive from the village of Tourrettes-Sur-Loup, and about 10 minutes drive to the world famous village of Saint Paul de Vence.

5 bedrooms including one used as a study (with a sofa bed) comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 2 children, or 9 adults. Ground floor private master bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC. 3 further upstairs bedrooms with family bathroom. The ground floor study has a pull-out double size sofa. Separate guest loo on ground floor. All bedrooms and study are air conditioned. High spec eat-in kitchen with separate utility room. Spacious dining and living areas with high quality furnishing. Separate, comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV. Modern, wood-burning fireplace.

Sun-drenched outdoor terraces and sitting areas, manicured gardens with olive and citrus trees, and a Petanque court. Panoramic views of mountains, villages and ocean. Salinated (non-chlorine) 14-metre swimming pool, maximum depths greater than 2 metres. Pools has security gates for children's safety. Small gym overlooking pool, with treadmill, stationery bike, free weights and yoga mat. Large, flat lawn space with swing-set and trampoline. Plenty of parking.

Easy drive to the spectacular village of Tourrettes Sur Loup (or can walk, 15-18 minutes, if you don't mind uphill slope). 10 minute drive from St. Paul de Vence. 30 minutes from Nice airport and close drive to nearby amenities including beaches, restaurants, shopping, summer and winter sports.

Note that the maximum capacity of the house is 9 adults, or 8 adults plus 2 children. In July and August we have a one-week minimum and weekend change-over policy. However we are occasionally able to accommodate 4-6 days of stay if dates become available. Please check with owners to enquire.

Note that the house is situated in a tranquil environment. We welcome guests that appreciate and respect the tranquility. Noisy parties are not allowed on property.

We had a lovely vacation! The house and the property were beautiful and very peaceful. The old town of Tourrettes is just a 3-minute drive away, and supermarkets are around 5 minutes by car.The kitchen is well-equipped, and the pool has a nice, natural look that fits perfectly into the surroundings.

Lovely Villa

Everything was perfect, exactly as described. We would definately recommend. We were family aged from 4 to 63 and the property catered for everyone. A truly relaxing place and Tourettes Sur Loup did not disappoint

We had a lovely stay. The view from the house is beautiful. Everything is very close by. The location was perfect. The pool was not what we expected- it’s very hard to get in and out of and attracted a ton of dead bugs. It always needed to be skimmed. Kitchen had any items we needed. Overall a very nice stay.

Charming and very child friendly villa

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa. The photos don’t do the property justice! The villa itself is spacious, bright and airy. The grounds are just beautiful with lots of room for the kids to run around with the security of a gated pool so we never worried about them. Lovely addition of trampoline and kids swing set kept them occupied for hours. The pool is stunning. The views are breathtaking. The villa manager was so helpful. The location was superb- only 5 mins drive from large supermarkets with plenty of parking. It was the perfect villa for our family- many thanks!

Peaceful

The property was everything I was hoping for and then some. The pihotos don't do it justice. The owners and property managers went above and beyond to help us. I can't begin to thank them enough for all they've done.. If I ever make it back to that part of the world I will definitely rent again.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cette belle villa avec piscine. Les espaces alentours sont très bien entretenu et le cadre est magnifique. A noter que l'entrée de la piscine sans escaliers peut être un peu périlleuse pour les personnes d'un certain âge. Nous recommander cette location.

Amazing house

We absolutely loved staying in this house. Both the house and the garden/pool are spacious. The view is fantastic. The surroundings are very quiet. If you are looking for a peace and quiet place, close to nature, yet not too far from the sea, this is the place. Owners are very nice and the people managing the house were super responsive with anything that needed fixing. Highly recommend.

Wir verbrachten im Juli 2020 eine Woche in Tourrette-sur-Loup. Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Oft ist es ja so, dass die Realität den Bildern weit überlegen ist - hier nicht. Was man auf den Bildern sieht, das kriegt man auch. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Family stay

We rented Pan-Giancola for all our family stay, some of whom live nearby in Nice, and some in London, England, to celebrate our wedding which took place in England. It was the perfect venue. There was plenty for the grandchildren to do, who spent most of the time in the pool or the trampoline or watching TV, when they needed some downtime. The house was lovely and well equipped. There really are no complaints. The only thing I would point out, is the confusion about 667, as all the houses in the road are numbered 667.! It would therefore be helpful if the name of the house ...... Pan-Giancola.....was added to the information/website, to avoid disturbing neighbours with enquiries! Thanks for providing such a beautiful home to stay. We hope to return sometime.

The house was beautiful, spacious enough for two families to share comfortably. The pool and property are well maintained and gorgeous. The nearby town is a 20 min walk or three min drive- great shops, restaurants and views. Hiking trails around- not overrun with tourists. Close to beaches. It was a fabulous stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous home and wonderful trip

Beautiful home in this quaint medieval village. The home was well stocked with everything you could need and more. There were lots of games and things to do for the kids and adults- bocce, pool time, fitness room, board games trampoline and swings. The home is a twenty minute walk from town.

Staying in Tourettes sur Loup

We had a really lovely two weeks at Penny's villa. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and Pierre met us and told us all about the house and answered any questions. The garden and pool are beautiful. The kitchen is really well equipped and the house is really comfortable. We loved the fact there was a boules court and a table tennis table. Kept the teenagers busy. Also there is a gym next to the pool!

Amazing place to spend a family holiday there.

We have stayed in the villa during Feb half term. We absolutely loved it! It is very comfortable, with beautiful gardens and amazing mountain view. The rooms are very nice, clean and family oriented. We especially enjoyed the large living/dinning room with the cozy fireplace. It is also conveniently located in a quiet and safe residential area close to St Paul d Vence and Nice, with loads of restaurants and shops within easy access. We had a great time there and would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a villa in the area!

Quickly becoming our "home away from home"!

This is our second holiday in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Once again we were fortunate to reserve a week at this wonderful home. The owners have made great strides in making the home very comfortable, with all of the amenities we would expect in our own home. The house is well laid out with spacious rooms, very comfortable furniture, and high quality bedding and linens. The modern kitchen is well equipped with top of the line cabinets and appliances. The ensuite master bedroom, as well as the other guest bedrooms, have wonderful views of the countryside. With individually controlled air conditioning sleeping was a joy. Bathrooms are all well equipped with modern conveniences. The garden is delightful, complete with a saltwater pool, and fully equipped poolside exercise room. Perfect for working off the meals you will be sure to enjoy during your stay. For children the garden is enormous with well secured play areas and even a swing set. If you are like us you might follow our routine – morning coffee on the patio overlooking the rolling countryside down to the Mediterranean Sea, followed by breakfast and then lunch on the large patio dining table. Afternoon cocktails under the vine draped enclosure, followed by an evening meal cooked on the outdoor fireplace grill. This sequence allows you to explore the village and follow the sun as it travels across the landscape, well into the evening when the sky is alight with swallows, wishing you a good night’s sleep. Tourrettes is a wonderful hilltop village. The residents are very friendly, and there are a number of outstanding restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed La Grande, with its outside dining area overlooking the village square and Petanque courts. There are a number of cafes and food stores flanking the village center, all well stocked with local produce. Wednesday is market day in the village square with vendors from all around the region. The olive and tapenade vendor was outstanding; we had no idea there are so many types of olives available. Great for entertaining. A short drive down the hill takes you to Vence, with its old town, complete with winding streets, outstanding restaurants, and a wonderful choice of small shops. For the best fresh fish try the first fish vendor as you enter Vence’s old town. The area is historically important having been home to many great impressionistic artist. St. Paul de Vence is only minutes away with an outstanding museum. It’s only a

Amazing stay for the whole family in this beautiful villa!

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa in the end of September 2015. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and well kept in every way. We were two families with children and oh was it ever great for everyone to have fun and stay active with the pool, the ping pong table, badminton, boules and a trampoline in the yard. As easy was it also to relax on one of the many lounge chairs, while enjoying the gorgeous view sipping on local wine! There is also a couple of large green areas for free play or other games. As a bonus of a family with children the house also offered multiple children's games and puzzles. Make sure not to miss out on the charming medieval town of Tourettes sur Loup just a few minutes drive away. We fell in love with this historical village where we enjoyed great restaurants and lovely afternoon strolls! To sum this up, we were so pleased with out stay in this beautiful villa with breathtaking surroundings and the medieval town right at hand. Everything from the communication prior with the owner Penny to the greeting and service by Pierre and Francoise on site was amazing!
