Welcome to El Campo Glamping! A place to count stars. This is a one of a kind escape in the gorgeous Lincoln National Park region nestled in the beauty of nature. A unique glamping experience in High Rolls Mountain Park, New Mexico on 20 acres of private and secluded land. A luxury tent furnished with hotel quality beds and linens. Each tent has a private, detached bathroom in close proximity to the tent with a hot shower, sink and incinerating toilet, allowing for complete comfort in nature.

What an amazing and unique place to stay! The actual space was clean and neat. Instructions for the stay were very clear. The stargazing was the best Iā€™ve ever experienced. John David was excellent and very quick at replying to message. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in High Rolls was nothing short of magical. Nestled between whispering pines and starlit skies, this hidden gem offered the perfect blend of serenity and Southwest charm. The yurt was cozy and thoughtfully appointedā€”every detail felt intentional. We left High Rolls with full hearts and a shared sense of wonder. It wasnā€™t just a stayā€”it was a chapter in our story. One weā€™ll revisit often, in memory and in future plans.

It was pretty fun and cozy. Worth the stay if going to white sands. The view was amazing and itā€™s pretty private other than the two other tents. Saw some dead bugs in the tent and there was a wrapper on one of the bedside tables. Itā€™s the little things that prove the cleanliness but it didnā€™t bother us too much. The host was kind and responded quickly.

My wife and I LOVED our stay at El Campo! We found the facility to be extremely clean and well cared for - the bathrooms were VERY nice, the tent was very sturdy and first class. We left the top open the first night to view the stars! We stayed in both El Segundo and El Primero, and found both to be actually nicer than a motel room in terms of privacy and enjoyment! We got to meet the owners on Saturday afternoon as they came to do some regular maintenance on the place, and we enjoyed our visit with them. The road in and out of the place is more than adequate. If our travels bring us this way again, we will SURELY stay at El Campo!

Awesome Luxury Glamping at the Edge of the Mountain!

Yurts were clean and cozy. Having AC was awesome, because it does indeed still heat up in the mountains during the summer. Sunset views were awesome. Two things I would make people aware of: VRBO advertises itself as different because you get the whole place to yourself. There are two other yurts right next to you, so the privacy is a bit lacking. I donā€™t mind much though, and there are trees separating the other guests, but you will hear and see others. Second, the last half mile to the place is an unpaved road, and itā€™s difficult to traverse in a non-high clearance vehicle. However, neither of these issues would keep me from staying here againā€¦ I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the place, and the amenities were top notch!

Cooling down above the valley

Beautiful property, well stocked for easy car camping. The temperatures were significantly cooler than in the valley below. There were sooo many blankets available in case we needed them.The first night was overcast, so we enjoyed the valley view. But the second night was clear and we basked in the stars and the Milky Way.

The perfect place to get away

It was a beautiful location high in the mountains and very secluded. We happened to be the only ones out there and between the clear skies and the perfect views it was a wonderful place to spend a lovely evening together Will definitely be back

A short title

The inside is spectacular. Everything is super nice and thoughtfully designed. Heater and heated blankets kept us nice and cozy. Outside deck was cool too. View was great. The experience was really cool but I don't think I would return because 1. It wasn't as remote as I anticipated, the whole side of the mountain is totally developed. It just wasn't the vibe I was looking for. 2. The proximity of the other tents again takes away from the secluded vibe. 3. The damage deposit is so high.Thanks for a fun and unique experience!

We loved this place! Beautiful location and fun experience. It was tricky to find, even with great directions, but that was part of the charm. Internet was patchy but everything else made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

Mountain Hideaway with my pup!

The site was private, relaxing & cozy. Though I would recommend warmer months for a stay (we went in December). The site manager was very communicative & helpful. My dog loved all of the enrichment sights, sounds & smells of nearby wildlife & we had a wonderful time exploring nearby White Sands Natl Park. With a little improvement on insulation, driving instructions & wifi connection, we would give 5 stars! But even with the minor glitches....the accessibility / great attitude of the site manager, the condition / location & the unique vibe of the site made up for any minor inconvenience - oh & did I mention the incredible views - we give it a solid 4 stars! Will recommend & hopefully return in the warmer season. A great place to get away & take in the amazing NM night skies.

Gorgeous

The property was absolutely gorgeous, from the tent and facilities themselves to the location. I found it easy to find and it had all the amenities needed both for the warm days and the cool nights. It was extremely peaceful with a stunning view and the tent itself was cozy and delightful. Highly recommend as a glamping experience!

Cute romantic getaway

Beautiful views and the full comfort of home (no refrigerator though). Honestly I have no complaints, it was fantastic and a great experience for any outdoor comfort level. Word to the wise: bring a car with higher ground clearance if you can. Driving the last portion in a civic required some increased caution but it was fine in the end. We will definitely stay again!
