Sheer comfort in this popular mid-rise. Well appointed one bedroom, one and a half bath and two bedroom, two bath units. Amenities include an oceanfront balcony off living room-dining area, modern kitchen, washer and dryer. The one bedroom units have air conditioning units and one parking space. The two bedroom units have central air and two parking spaces. The building is equipped with an elevator. This unit features direct access to beach from the balcony and a view of ocean over the sand dune. Oceanfront units don't last long - book your vacation today.

Nice for a short getaway

Good location, no view of the ocean because of the dunes. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in at night. I would stay here again.

Had a great experience with this rental. The location is the absolute best! Just a short walk to the beach. The place had all the amenities we needed. The only cons it could use some updating and it could use a super deep clean.

Dirty & smelly

Everyone at Holiday was rude. The condo was a nice location but was dirty and had a terrible odor. The outside area is nice for kids if people weren’t letting their dogs go to the bathroom everywhere. There were sanitary napkins just thrown on the flowers -so strange. Only two rolls of toilet paper for the week and no paper towels. There were barely any supplies in the room. Will not be staying again.

Enjoyable Visit!

It was a perfectly-sized apartment for just the 2 of us, and like already mentioned in another review, it could be a tighter squeeze with up to 6 people staying there. We were initially disappointed with the very limited ocean-view, but ultimately figured that it was better to have the direct access to the beach from the 1st floor rather than having the ocean views from an apartment on any of the higher floors. Our biggest disappointment was no Wi-Fi access, and even our cell reception was very spotty. Great to have had a nice kitchen to use - we also got good use from the washer/dryer. Would have preferred not to have brought our own linens (though they can be rented for an extra fee), but would have been appreciated for other basic items (TP, kitchen paper, condiments, dishwasher & dish detergent, trash bags, etc.) to have been included with everything else in the apartment. We lucked out in having had a few of those items left over from previous guests, and we passed it forward by leaving a few of such items behind after our visit too. Overall, we had a very pleasant visit, and we would consider staying here again.

Good place for a small family

The condo is at a great location! It is well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. It's perfect for a small family or a few friends. It could use some TLC, but overall is a great place. Some small issues we had were dead batteries in the remote, burned out light bulb, excessive dust build up on the ceiling fans, probably the biggest issue is the electric burners on the stove are all tilted making cooking slightly challenging. Nothing was a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Just what a small family needs

Great little place for small families. Even a front yard with sand for kids to play. All comforts of home. Peaceful at night too. Please just check rhat plumbing issues in bathroom is fixed. Clogged tub/shower n sink.

Good vacation

Great location.. steps from the beach and close to nearby shops and attractions while not being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk..was a little sad it didn’t have a better ocean view due to being on the bottom floor; however, being on the bottom floor allowed us to walk right out the door to the sandy play area and to the pathway to the beach and that was very beneficial. We had 4 people and we had room, but with anymore it would have been a tight squeeze. Overall renting this condo helped us have a great vacation in OC!

Enjoyable getaway

Although the place could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, the location was perfect for our anniversary getaway. As other reviewers have commented, if the unit was a little higher, you could see the ocean, but on the ground floor, you could walk right out the back door, and right onto the beach access. Overall an enjoyable stay, great for 2 people.

WONDERFUL

Can not say enough...Location is the best...Condo was clean and set up perfectly..TV in bedroom was broken and someone was there within an hour of reporting with a brand new one..I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation..

What a gem!

Sparkling clean, well equipped, adorable condominium! Good location on the beach without hubub of busier O.C. There were only two of us and condo could comfortably fit 4, but too small for more than 4 people.
