Situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac, home has a beautiful curb appeal with 3 car garage and RV parking on property. This wide lot boasts luxury living on 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 separate living rooms, and can sleep up to 15 individuals. Indoor comfort is beyond great but the outdoor oasis is where the true fun begins! Built to keep everyone happy under one roof: new pickleball court (2024), putting green (2024), pergola, large pool, hot tub/jacuzzi spa, outdoor fire pit area, pergola, foosball table, indoor and outdoor dining , indoor fireplace, a steam shower, and so much more!

We are situated equidistant in middle of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Gilbert as a close hub to all things Arizona has in store for you! Mesa is in the heart of Arizona's Cactus League spring training action with over 200 Major League Baseball games in just 30 days, you'll find 3 miles to the Oakland A's at the Hohokam Stadium (2.8 miles), the Chicago Cubs at Sloan Park Stadium (6 miles), and Tempe Diablo Stadium (14.5 miles).

This is a wonderful home. The outside area is fantastic with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc. We so enjoyed the warm evenings in the backyard. Ours was a 4-generation group from late 70s to age 5 and it was perfect for all of us. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, instruments were clear and check-in and check-out so easy. Our host was extremely easy to communicate with, promptly answered any questions we had, and solved any minor issues we had (e.g. pool lights not turning on automatically). I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Mesa and needing a large home with a lovely backyard.

Great house, lots of room and spaces to hang out for our whole family. Pool and hot tub was amazing, backyard seating area was well covered and comfortable for hot days. Pickleball court was even better than expected and so fun. The surface of the court was really nice and the nets around the fence was great for keeping balls in. It was so nice to play a few games then rest inside with AC! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Host was also very responsive to our needs. For example there wasn't a lighter to use the firepit so she sent one the next day.

Didnt need the fireplace.Outdoor equipment scattered on arrival. Beds are very cheap and can't handle adults. One hide-a-bed didn't pull out. Couldn't accommodate 15 people. Oven was extremely dirty and a couple of the kitchen drawers were dirty also.

Faye, all of this was never brought to my attention the whole week up to checkout day! The bed I learned the night before checkout, you said your girl felt the bed was "squishy", turns out there's 2 broken legs and the slats were broken to stably hold the mattress at check-out day! My handyman said he imagine only kids jumping on the bed repeatedly to get such results. Now you said an adult slept there, huh. Anyways I pride myself in being responsive so I had to quickly get someone in to fix the issue since someone is checking in the same day. For the record that bed was just purchased 5months ago so cheap would've lasted longer than that at the least. I trust my cleaner time and time again, but if this was not brought to my attention at any point about the oven and surfaces, my policy is that she would have to come back and fix it for you. No idea about that until now, Im bummed. We have 3 sofabeds spread across 2 living rooms which would sleep up to 17 guests. I didnt advertise for 17, I advertise for 15 guests bc yes one sofa bed is not able to open, there's a sign on it. Should not be a surprise there and I'm happy to respond to those types of questions early on as well. Sorry the communication was not swifter, I'm always happy to jump on any of those issues had it been brought up before you checked-out!

We would have rated this home 9/10 but that wasn't an option. We are a family of 14 - 8 adults and 6 children who stayed in this home. It fit our needs very well. We were impressed with the layout of the house and the backyard. The pickleball courts and pool were a particular hit with our family. There were a couple of issues but Suzie was pleasant to deal with and accessible by phone/ text. We appreciated her response to the issues.Overall an enjoyable place to stay with a family.

Great design with multiple conversation areas for a big family. Pool was great. Patio fire place area with tv for ballgames. Pickleball court was a hit with kids and adults. Hot tub heat and firepit was a bit sporadic but overall excellent location and host!

Wonderful stay

Pickleball court and backyard were great to keep our large group of family and friends busy. Plenty of space for celebration our daughter’s graduation with a large group of people. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Definitely like staying on your own private resort!

Great family get-a-way

This property was wonderful. The pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and putting green were so fun to use. It was a property made for outdoor living. Inside is large enough to spread out to let everyone have their own space. We also totally enjoyed the indoor foosball table. Highly recommend the property for pickleball enthusiasts!

Perfect spot for our plans

My sister wanted to go somewhere warm for her 70th and just relax. This property gave her that and the rest of us some fun activities when we needed. Close to shopping and ball games when she was done relaxing. The 6 of us fit perfectly. Would have liked larger pans for cooking but made due.

Arizona has the cold as well as the hot, the big open spaces to do outdoor hikes biking and even skiing! We picked Mesa to be the best hub to all city, cultural, and wild outdoor adventures you can come acrooss. Simply 20 minutes to all great cities such as Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Gilbert you still can do life as grand as you want to and have a solid home base!

We have a gorgeous layout made ideally for 2+ families to travel together and bask in ultimate comfort with nothing spared when it comes to amenities. We are big on family entertainment and pickleball recently, so the backyard of fun has to have that. Just built pickleball court and redesigned the backyard to include putting green and a family oasis to entertain day in and night!
