The dining table and breakfast nook each seat 6, providing seating for up to 12.

☆ POOL & SPA

There is no extra fee for pool heating. In winter, the pool is heated during the daytime, and water temperature will vary naturally with the season and overnight temperatures.

The spa includes jets and a bubble blower.

The primary guest is responsible for the safe use of the pool and spa by everyone in the reservation. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

No lifeguard is on duty. Swim and use the spa at your own risk. No diving. The pool is approximately 5 feet deep at its deepest point.

Dust storms may occasionally introduce debris into the pool. Please leave the pool vacuum connected when present.

Only plastic drinkware and dishes may be used near the pool. No glassware is permitted.

☆ HOME SERVICES

The home is professionally cleaned before each stay.
Pool and yard service are scheduled weekly. We will let you know if service is expected during your reservation.

☆ CONCIERGE SERVICES

Fridge pre-stocking is available upon request.

☆ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Please refer to the house rules for pool heating and spa operating hours.
