A bright three bedroom apartment very close to Old Town and everything that Dubrovnik has to offer. Located in a very quiet, peaceful and charming neighborhood, the location is very central and considered as one of the prime spots in Dubrovnik.
The apartment is located in the old house tucked back from the main street, away from crowds, overlooking a beautiful garden. The whole apartment boasts high ceilings, in-keeping with the traditional architecture of the period. The close proximity to Gradac Park and rocky swimming area is a bonus.
All facilities are available within a 5 minute walk from the house, i.e. grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, pubs and local shops.
The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the building. There are just 5 stairs from the street up to the building, so the apartment is suitable for guests who have difficulty walking. The living area is 75 m2 and comprises an open living room/dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bedroom with one single bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The living area is a good size and full of natural light owing to the large windows. The living room offers guests two comfortable sofas. There is a flat-screen television which is both a SateliteTV and plays DVDs. Between this room and kitchen there is ample space for a dining table and chairs.
Conveniently placed next to the dining space is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery for 6 people, a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave oven, coffe maker, toaster, dishwater and all cooking equipment.
The two bedrooms are very comfortable. The master bedroom is spacious, with 2 large windows and well decorated. It has king size bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe allowing good storage space for guests.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and an armchair.
The third bedroom has a single bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath shower and comes with all amenities such as towels and toiletries. The bathroom also has a washing machine.
In front of the house there is a lovely shared garden and stone terrace.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, wireless Internet, clothes dryer, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, foldaway bed for 1 extra guest, baby cot and baby chair on request.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is just a 5 minute walking distance to Old Town. An important landmark of the city, the Walls of Old Town , were once the city defensive walls. The trip around the Old Town Walls is a great experience not to be missed and the view of Old Town is absolutely gorgeous.
Guests may take a peaceful break at Gradac Park and enjoy the magnificent sea view. There is also access to a rocky swimming area a short walk below the park. The larger Banje beach is 15 minutes walk away.
GETTING AROUND: Nearest bus stop for buses from Central Dubrovnik is only a 100 meters from the apartment. It's also very easy to get there from Dubrovnik airport via public transport or taxi.

Only a short walk to the city walls (including forts, towers and bastions) and cultural centres of interest such as museums and galleries, the Rector's Palace,the Sponza Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and others important cultural institutions.
