Enjoy mountain and sea views of the exclusive bay of Eze with its celebrity residents and super yachts from your private garden terrace . From May to Sept you can choose the private pool option (to pay on arrival) this gives access via steps to the private pool and terrace above the property which has breathtaking views of the entire bay.
This sun-filled modern apartment is situated in quiet residential area only 300 metres from the beach. and short walking distance to train, bus, restaurants. Ideally placed for exploring the area -5 mins drive to Beaulieu and St Jean Cap Ferrat. 15 mins to Monaco 30 mins Nice, 40 mins to Italy. This newly renovated 60m2 one bedroom apartment sleeps 2, is fully equipped and has easy parking.
Owners or agent on hand to assist you.
Eze with its mild climate is a year round destination, you can lunch outside on the sunny terrace most days of the year. The lovely coastal and mountain walks are best enjoyed outside the hotter months.

We had a terrific week-long holiday at this lovely one-bed apartment on the ground floor of Egill and Nicola's home in Èze Bord-de-Mer. Just off the Basse-Corniche coastal road in this pretty residential seaside neighbourhood, parking on the street was easy (and free) right in front of the house. The apartment with pleasant kitchen-living area and compact bedroom & bathroom is well-equipped with good wi-fi, air con and use of a washing machine & dryer - very welcome as we stayed a week. Our friendly hosts Egill and Nicola thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from a welcome bottle of fizz chilling in the refrigerator to a comprehensive book on local sights and extra towels for the beach. Communication with our hosts was easy: though the apartment is completely independent on its own floor, they were around if we had any questions. A highlight of the stay is the stunning view of the Baie of Eze from the apartment's terrace. Perfect for watching the mega-yachts in the bay during lazy breakfasts and especially pretty from the wonderful swimming pool higher up on its own level above the house. We were particularly pleased that our pup Dottie was made to feel as welcome as we were. We all enjoyed the nearby pine-scented Chemin St-Michel walking trail surrounding Èze Bord-de-Mer, as well as the quick access by car to visit friends in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. Very happy to recommend.

Perfect location to explore the area!

Spend a month in these house and was very happy with the location, the house has amazing view and it's perfect to go visit all the beautiful places around, the owners are very nice and helpful.

Fabulous property & location!

We spent 8 days in gorgeous Eze. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment and the fantastic terrace and pool are wonderful bonuses. Great location and bus/train very close and easy to use. Very friendly and helpful hosts too!

Summer Get Away

It was a great holiday. Very relaxing and a great property that was close to the station if you wanted to go further a field yet secluded and not overlooked. I would suggest you hire a car as we did as the apartment is up some hills as you’d expect for Eze so it was much easier to travel to nearby Beaulieu or Cap Ferrari and Monaco by car! Our host was very welcoming and the apartment itself was well appointed with fantastic views and a great pool. I would recommend the apartment highly and we would happily stay there again. Thank you Nicola and Egil.

Oasis in Eze

We arrived a day late due to a flight cancellation and we’re welcomed by the owner with a tour of the unit and grounds. The owners offered some very helpful suggestions and the unit was stocked with basic coffee water and milk. The pool was incredibly refreshing after our travels with amazing view of the sea. We did a lot of sightseeing around Nice and Monaco and the Eze unit was a welcoming, quiet oasis each afternoon. The unit has everything we needed and the laundry was convenient since we had been traveling France prior. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Break!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this great apartment . It truly is in a breathtaking position with permanent views of the Eze bay and the mountains. We spent many a morning and evening on the large terrace taking in the breathtaking scenery. There are some very nice restaurants all within walking distance and it is only a short trip by bus or train to numerous other towns along the coast , or to Eze village right at the top of the mountain which has some stunning views of the surrounding area. We did not have a car but found our way around very easily and was very grateful to Nicola who took us to the local supermarket on our first day for supplies and who was always there for anything needed. We really enjoyed our break here and did not want to leave. I’m sure we will be back soon!

total relaxation

After along flight from Perth we arrived at this villa that was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, had the most amazing views that we pinched ourselves everyday we were there. Public transport so handy to get around to Italy or nice. A nice walk along the coast to next town. Also keeps you nice and fit walking up hill to villa. Beach has pebbles but villa has umbrellas and mats for comfort or you can hire loungebeds on beach. Great walk up hill to eze medieval village with a lunch on the chaeau restaurant balcony with great views a definite must. Also good cafes on beach. No shops only next town which is a 10min bus ride very easy. thankyou for a great holiday Nicola.

Eine absolute TOP Aussicht aus einer schöne Wohnung, die sich in einem seperaten Teil des Gastgeberhauses befindet. Hier hatten wir unsere eigene große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Pavilion. Der Pool mit Aussichtsplattform und einer Atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Bucht kann jederzeit genutzt werden und liegt oberhalb vom Haus. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserem Hund verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Auto konnten wir problemlos auf der Straße vor dem Haus abstellen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und komplett auf das wohl der Gäste bedacht.

Wunderbare Lage, tolle kleine Wohnung

Nette kleine Wohnung, hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben 10 schöne Tage mit unserem Hund hier verbringen dürfen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Fussläufig zum Meer, schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse… alles prima!

Great house in a great place

Un magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ensoleillé. L'appartement et sa terrasse avec une vue sur la Méditerranée sont parfaits , vue encore plus belle depuis la piscine. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de Nice, Monaco et des sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Mr Karlsen.

Toller Aufenthalt mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Meerblick von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich! Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely holiday apartment with fantastic views. Well-equipped and looked after. A short walk to the beach and train station. The hosts are generous and welcoming (provided a pick-up from the train station and took us grocery shopping on arrival). Excellent location for everything along the coast, with good transport options.
