Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A second suite offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms - one Harry Potter-inspired and one Toy Story-themed - each include two twin beds, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility for larger groups.

The screened outdoor area is where this home really comes into its own. The private inground pool and spa are available year-round, with heating available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated outdoor dining area make it easy to spend entire days outside.
