Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A dedicated workspace - in a room with its own door - along with WiFi and an Ethernet connection means anyone needing to stay connected can do so without disrupting the rest of the group.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across seven beds. Two ensuite master bedrooms each offer a king bed; the third bedroom holds a queen bed; and the fourth is a themed room perfectly suited to younger guests. Two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living and family rooms provide comfortable additional sleeping. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and generous clothing storage - including a walk-in closet - help ensure everyone rests well.

Game room & entertainment
The dedicated game room is where evenings come alive: arcade games, a ping pong table, a pool table, and life-size games keep guests of all ages entertained well into the night. Board games offer a quieter option when the mood calls for it, and with a full streaming lineup on the 65-inch TV, there is always something to watch no matter how the evening unfolds.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles group cooking with ease, featuring a stainless steel electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils complete the setup. Breakfast is provided. Fire up the private gas BBQ grill for outdoor cookouts, or gather at the indoor dining table - an outdoor dining area makes al fresco meals by the pool just as easy.

Step out to a private backyard designed for relaxed outdoor living, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill. The screened private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours - note that heating for the pool or spa is available at an additional fee.

Travelling with little ones? The villa comes fully prepared: a crib, Pack 'n Play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys for every age group - 0-2, 2-5, 5-10, and 10+ - are always at the listing.
