This 1 bedroom is suitable for a family of 2 adults for long stay as it includes a strandard kitchen with a washing machine and sufficient storage. The master bedroom as its own bathroom with a view on the swimming pool.
House Rules: no breakfast service
The company doesnt allow guest more than the capacity specified above
The guest has to pay a security deposit of 2,000 THB at check-in date and will be refunded at check-out date
Booking confirmation of 50% of total amount of the stay is non-refundable and date cannot be changed once booking is confirmed
Tenants are responsible for any loss and damage of the property
Check in 2 p.m. / Check out at 12:00 pm
Late check out can be request and will be charge the equivalent of 1 night stay.
