Guest Access:

24-hours before your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire cabin and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Our cabin is located amidst tall pines and offers proximity to Broken Bow Lake and the Kiamichi/Ouachita mountains. Local restaurants, wineries, and breweries are nearby. You'll be within a short drive from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities like boating, hiking, fly fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, and more.



Getting Around:

Getting around Hochatown and the surrounding area is relatively straightforward. While the cabin's location provides the ultimate tranquility, you will find that most amenities and attractions are within a short drive. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility or using the local shuttle service. This will allow you to easily reach the many nearby attractions and the various local restaurants and shops.

» Check-in is after 4 PM, check-out before 11 AM

» No refunds for early departures or delayed arrivals

» No refunds or schedule changes due to inclement weather

» Certain dog breeds are allowed for a fee (no cats)

» Only two pets at a time are allowed

» Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors

» Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds.

» Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM

» Parties and events are prohibited

» Maximum occupancy is 6, this rule is strictly enforced

» All guests staying at the property need to be registered

» Guests agree to abide by all rules and regulations

» Please keep the property clean and safe

» Please do not use the property for any purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.

» Violation of house rules may result in eviction without refund

» The guest(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord from all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any actions, incidents, or accidents occurring in or caused by the Tenant's use of the property

» The guest acknowledges and accepts the risk of use of all play structures, hot tub, fire pit, stairs, fireplaces, ladders, and any use of the property

» The property owner and security personnel can enter the premises at any time for inspection purposes, should the Owner reasonably believe that Guests are causing or have caused any damage to the Rental Property or are over occupancy.
