The Rustic Hills Retreat is situated on four lakeside lots, a perfect location for family oriented fun. The home and property allows for lake access with a dock...excellent for boating, kayaking and fishing. Enjoy the scenery while relaxing on the deck, grilling (grills included) or enjoying smores and campfire stories with two bonfire pits. The quaint neighborhood is great for a family bike ride or a stroll around peaceful lakeside properties. Guests will have access to two kayaks (with life jackets), badminton/volleyball nets and equipment, a basketball hoop, bikes, hammock and a cornhole set. The yards and grounds are perfect for outside games, with ample space for tenting. The house is equipped with many amenities and appliances that will support ten guests. The Rustic Hills Retreat has two upper bedrooms containing queen size beds, along with a lower bedroom with a queen bed. A pull out sleeper, futons and daybeds in both the upper and lower living rooms allow for sleeping arrangement for the entire family. The house has a full kitchen and formal dining room. Kitchen amenities include; pots, pans, dishes, silverware, bowls, various kitchen utensils, toaster, microwave, Keurig, a drip coffee maker, air fryer and much more. Also included in the home is a washer and dryer. The lower part of the house has a billiard and bar room, with TV. Included in the lower living room is a large screen TV, air hockey and foosball tables. Come enjoy a home away from home.
