Located on Palmer Lake, a 444 acre all sports lake in St. Joseph County Michigan, which offers swimming, boating, fishing, tubing, jet skiing, water skiing, ice fishing, and many other water activities. There is 100 feet of lakefront, with a nice sandy bottom for swimming. The large lakefront yard offers opportunities for lots of fun family activities: bags, volleyball, bonfires, or just sitting and enjoying the lake view.

Your vacation home has an open kitchen/family room concept, with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need make amazing meals, a large table that seats 12 with lots of room for everyone to enjoy meal times. There’s a large porch and enclosed sun room, with full size futon, offering gathering areas for games, late night conversations, or simply a place to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In addition to the large deck there are two patios, one offering seating for 10. The other has 4 Adirondack chairs for enjoying a later afternoon cocktail. There are 6 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms housing 4 large bunk beds, a real winner for kids and cousins! There are 2 refrigerators and a freezer, grocery stores and shopping nearby. House is only 1 hour from Notre Dame, which makes it a nice option for game days!

*Please note that per township requirements the house is limited to 14 people staying and being on the property. We are also limited to 5 vehicles being parked on the premisies.
