Welcome to paradise! Spanish Key 502 is a recently-remodeled, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront condo located in Perdido Key, Florida. Enjoy gulf views from your 5th floor condo on the private balcony or all throughout the living space! The cozy living room is the perfect place to relax, with a flat screen TV and ample seating. There is also a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. The state of the art kitchen is where the chef of your vacation can prepare meals to enjoy at either the dining table or bar seating. There is an extra wet bar for your added convenience.

The bedrooms in Spanish Key 502 are sure to provide a much needed rest after a day at the beach! The master bedroom offers a King bed with a gulf view, and a large private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed with a private bathroom, and the third bedroom offers two queen beds and another bathroom.

The Spanish Key's beachfront location makes spending the day on the sand right at your finger tips. Enjoy 500 feet of private beach! On-site there are many amenities to enjoy as well. These include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, grilling area gazebo, and beach boardwalk. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and bars! Visit the Flora Bama during the day or night for their world famous Bushwacker and daily live music performances! Adjacent restaurants such as the Flora Bama Yacht Club and the Ole River Grill also offers amazing food and drinks, as well as gorgeous views and live music.

The condo was very nice but needs some tlc! It was very odd to have an adult bedroom with attached bath with zero closet or a full dresser! Highly recommend to the left of the bathroom door hang a permanent rack on the wall. It's a low cost fix for a big problem. It was odd having to walk into someone else's bedroom to use their closet. The location is fantastic! The building & grounds seem tired. The people staying & working at Spanish Keys were all very kind & nice. The master bath drains need some cleaning out they didn't drain well. Overall it was a great week & we enjoyed our stay. Would I stay again yes because the rate was very reasonable.

Location, location, location…white sands, beautiful water and walking distance to the Flora-Bama. What more could you want? The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishings were nice. There was a slight issue that we addressed with the management company. They were very responsive and we were happy with the response. This did not diminish our vacation and we would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful condo would have received a 5 star except for a few minor details that needed attention when we first arrived that were taken care of immediately. Very spacious, beautifully decorated! Does need an update on plastics for kitchen and cutting board. Overall… We will definitely be back!

Had an awesome time. Everything was immaculate and freshly maintained. Loved location and low crowd level. I’ve been coming to OB for years. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay.

Family Vacation

It’s always a long drive but so worth it! This was our first time staying at Spanish Key and have stayed at others in the area. This was by far the best for amenities! We spent a lot of time in both pools and loved the easy access to the beach. The rooms are nice and spacious. And the view was priceless!

Spring break 2023

We were moved to this property 2 days before we were to leave because our other rental had water damage so we did not know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! The place is beautiful and clean and felt very safe there. My only negative is that we were farther down the strip than we wanted to be but we would definitely recommend this unit!

Weekend get away

The property was great, well kept and clean. Beach access was perfect! Some things like fixtures and hardware seem a bit dated but the furnishings were clean and in good shape. The door lock was a disaster! The code we were provided did not open the door, which was extremely frustrating at 10:30 pm after a long travel day. But management returned my call and we were in the condo within an hour of arrival. However, the lock continued to be an issue all weekend but I was told the lock is being replaced. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The perfect place

I'll start with the communication for reservation up to details of gate and door codes - excellent. The 502 is as beautiful as the pictures, which isn't always the case. A “stocked kitchen” isn't always accurate - this kitchen had absolutely everything! Ice machine was a family favorite! And it was ALL clean. Bathrooms were immaculate. Our first night sleeping in the master, my husband continued to sink into the bed, literally. We ended up cosy on my side of the bed because there was clearly something wrong. That next morning we called Prickett to explain our problem. We received an immediate apology and had someone there to fix things within the hour. Turns out, the box spring was accidentally replaced upside down on that side of the bed. Easily remedied (and bodes well to my claims of cleanliness!) But the fellow who came to fix it (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name) was a sweetheart. He apologized profusely and was nice as could be. The rest of Spanish Key was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The pool and hot tub were clean (and so warm!) We agree this was one of our favorite Thanksgivings at the beach. We will return! Thank you!

Spanish Key 502

The condo was roomy and nice but the patio door needs work. It was very hard to open and close. One of the twin beds kept breaking. We fixed it twice. Although we should have called management for help. It was obvious it had been worked on multiple times. Other than that it was a wonderful place. Nice decor. Management was great during booking and check in.

Great Place to Stay

Beach access and condo were Great!! Parking is available on both sides of the building, but all the parking was very tight and difficult to maneuver for a large SUV. There is more parking available across the street, but it is very busy. Location is closer to Orange Beach, so we didn't have to drive in to Pensacola, which was Great!
