When you are sad to leave, you know it was a great vacation! This place was more than we expected. It was steps from the beach, clean, close to everything, and absolutely stunning! We would definitely recommend to anyone

I can’t think of anything but excellent thoughts about this place at Anna Marie! Literally steps to the beautiful beach! The place was perfect for my family of four. Very, very clean and well decorated too. This was our first with this condo, but it is not going to be our last!! Thanks for being so accommodating Michelle!

Perfect for family get away. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Beach is soft white sand. Condo had everything you would need for cooking meals. Has a kureg and coffee pot maker. Great communication with owners and they are very responsive.

This condo exceeded expectations. It was very clean and if I had to contact the host, they responded immediately. The beach was steps away and very easy to walk to and from the condo for lunch. The pool was heated and we loved swimming in it. The pool area had plenty of chairs and tables surrounding it. Parking was wonderful and there was always a space available. We hope to go back again.

Loved this place! It was clean and the decor was lovely. The beach right outside the lanai, and the beach wagon was very nice too. It is very close to everything, restaurants, shopping.

This little condo was the perfect little getaway for our family of 4. Its location was great. We were right at the beach and there were several things such as Publix and Walgreens within walking distance. The condo was well stocked. Our one negative was that the AC does not cool the condo below 75. That was an issue for my family as we keep our house significantly cooler. If the air unit was able to cool the condo off better, it would be a 5/5 for us. We would be back without question. With the heat outside, the unit was running consistently and still did not cool off. We had one day that was rainy all day and cooler but the unit ran all day and did not cool well. I think it would be beneficial to have standing fans in the bedrooms as well. The ceiling fan in the living room does well and puts out a lot of air. However the bedroom ones aren’t the best. Michele was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Hi Sara. Thank you for your review and comments about the AC. I do wish I had known that there was a problem during your stay. I would’ve had a maintenance person come out and see if he could adjust it. This is the first time I had this complaint and I will make the necessary adjustments when I arrive Saturday.

We loved this condo! It was clean and well equipped. It had everything needed for the week. The location is great- mid island and close to the Publix and some shopping. The trolley can take you up and down the island. The beach is beautiful and just steps away from the back door. We will definitely stay here again.

Michele’s place was perfect for our family of four. My husband and I and our two sons stayed for a week, and it was the beach vacation we all needed. The location was perfect, the space was clean and spacious enough for the four of us, and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. Despite some miscommunication at check in, Michele was very quick to respond and make things right. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Wonderful experience.

All we could ask for. Clean, modern, 1st floor unit that is literally steps from the beach and sunsets. Private, quiet location yet within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Spotless pool and grounds. Michele was great to work with. Would love to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little vacation spot!!!!

Michele went above and beyond to get her unit ready after the devastating hurricanes in the fall. The unit is nicely decorated, the layout is perfect, all you need is supplied, all sorts of parking and the view!!!! We will be back again, probably sooner than expected just because the family and I loved it so much!Thank you for everything! All the best,

Amazing!

This place is the perfect location for a visit to Anna Maria Island. It's within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, and many more. The condo is well stocked inside, as well as providing chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the beach. The owner is quick with communication. While you are there, I would recommend a daily visit to Graze Street AMI. The coffee is amazing! I would also highly recommend one of the tours with Florida Blue Adventures. The guides are very personable and knowledgeable. We were able to see manatee and dolphins. The trolley is a great way to enjoy the entire island without having to try to find a parking spot. We would recommend this condo to anyone.
The sunsets are beautiful!

Nice Beach Property

Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the condo, the owner, the location. Perfect for 2-4 people, walk right out to the beach. Well furnished. Clean. No damage from hurricane. However, the complex has a "Karen" issue. The only other occupants that week (of 10 condos) were owners, and they went out of their way to to make us feel unwelcome. We were on vacation with 4 other families of 8th grade boys, all rented places nearby. Not crazy partiers; just a bunch of 14 year old boys. The first night they got in the pool after sunset. The owner came down and told our kids they can't be in the water after dark. We didn't know the rule, so the boys got out; our bad. The next day, the kids were in the pool in middle of the day, with nobody else in the pool area, and the owners once again inserted themselves into our vacation. The kids were being supervised by my wife and I, but the owners kept coming downstairs, looking around, and eventually took PICTURES of our kids from their condo and complained about them being in the pool, saying it's for renters and owners only. That felt harrassing to me, and completely unneccesary. There wasn't another person in that pool the entire week. Again, the property itself is fine, but the people who live there are extremely overbearing and take their self-appointed role of "pool police" way too seriously. We'll choose a different location next time.

Hi Doug, I’m very sorry you had that experience. One of the things I love about my condo is that there are only 10 units and they are not all rentals… making for a relaxing, easy environment and owners that are present..and in this case may have been a bit over zealous in their management of our rules. I’m truly sorry that it affected your stay like it did.
