Welcome to The Sunrise City! Relax and enjoy afternoon breezes in this quaint Mid-Century Modern 1BR/1BA apartment near the Indian River Lagoon in the historic Susannah pioneer settlement four miles south of Fort Pierce and twelve miles north of Jensen Beach, Florida.

Expect to see water crafts of all sorts moving along the Inter Coastal Waterway.

You will see all kinds of local birds like Brown Pelicans, Ospreys, Swallow-Tailed Kites, Great Egrets, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, Ibis, Frigates, Whistling wood ducks and Sand Hill Cranes who are often found walking up the driveway and in the back yard. Often you will see dolphins swimming and playing out front and occasionally a manatee will slowly swim by.

Florida is know for its wildlife. Remain aware and do not feed or approach the wild animals.

There are railroad tracks at the back of the property. For your safety, please do not approach or cross the tracks. Some of the trains travel at a high rate of speed.

The speed limit on the road is 25MPH, however use caution and not all obey speed limit.
