-NO WEDDINGS OR EVENTS (we can only have 16 guests)

-Nightly rate covers up to 16 guests

-No pets allowed

-Parking for up to 6 cars in the garage and driveway (Or whatever fits, which may mean less than 6 cars depending on size) - 2 extra parking spots are available behind the property! (No street parking) We allow up to 1 truck and trailer to be parked ONLY behind the property.

-Security cameras: one above the front door, one in the backyard overlooking the yard and part of the hot tub

-Rental contract required to be signed after booking

-Coffee and coffee filters not provided (guests sometimes leave extras)
