Beautiful views and clean

We had a great stay. Place was clean, elevators were quick, no waiting and right on the beach!

We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of the ocean, large balcony, pool was big, very nice, just wish the water could have been a little warmer. Didn’t care for your parking, when you have a bigger vehicle it was a little hard to get around. Was great being very close to restaurants and stores. All and all we loved the unit and will definitely want to stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at this condo, it felt cute enough and balcony was nice and big, with a couch to sit on. I loved how short the boardwalk was to get to the beach, and the two pools were pretty sufficient for a building that size. The condo showers are tiny though, like cruise ship tiny.Cons: The property management company took two days to respond to each of my messages. Had we truly needed them, it would have been a problem. And though there was lots of good information on the link they give you the day of check in, I could not find an email or phone number anywhere to call, there’s a peace of mind missing when you aren’t sure how to contact someone in the event of a problem.

Lighthouse Condo Gulf Shores

The building itself is beautiful stands tall. It is right on the beach great beach and water view. The inside was just like the pictures on the website. It was clean bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was great and equipped with anything you would need to cook a meal. Balcony was awesome! It was easy to check in and out. We will definitely stay here the next time. Best vacation all around !

End of Summer Vacation

The property is in a great location with fantastic views. We are big walkers so we were able to walk everywhere. The patio furniture was a big plus as we enjoy hanging out on the patio watching and listening to the waves. The inside was decorated with the beachy feel we enjoy. The showers are a little small but otherwise there was plenty of room for the two of us.

Literally, my only “complaint” is that there wasn’t a single clothes hanger in the entire condo!! I have been renting houses/condos for 30 years and never have I had a closet with not even a single hanger. Now, yes, I could go to Walmart and buy a pack for a couple bucks, but for what you pay to rent these places, hangers should be a given. If them disappearing is a problem, get the ones you can’t remove. If you are renting - pack some hangers!! lol. Otherwise, beautiful condo.

No communication from our host after a number of issues. We ended up contacting building management for solutions which mostly covered the problems we noticed. There were still a large number of issues. First and foremost communication could have avoided all of this. Secondly however there was a large amount of mold in the bathroom and kitchen. The dryer was rusted inside and pieces were coming off when used. Amenities were nice and the reason we chose this place, however our room was just not very well maintained unfortunately. We are hopeful to hear back from the owner but to this point - a full week later - there has been no attempt to reach out to us.

I’ve escalated your reservation to our operations team and the owner for immediate review. Actions we are taking now: - Open a priority inspection of the unit to verify mold, appliance condition, and overall cleanliness. - Schedule mold remediation and a full deep clean where needed. - Open work orders to repair or replace the dryer and address any other appliance or safety concerns. - Re‑audit and retrain our cleaning and maintenance teams and update turnover checklists to prevent repeats. - Investigate why you received no communication from our team and implement measures to improve response times. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details via your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation.
