The Space:

Welcome to our haven on Cedar Creek Lake! This serene lake front property sits directly on a large deep channel perfect for swimming, fishing, and pulling in and out water crafts with it's own private 2-story dock, boat lift and jet-ski lift.



*NEWLY REMODELED 3RD BEDROOM/GAMEROOM!

*The entire home has no steps required from the front driveway to the back deck or inside.



*THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE WINTER UNTIL EARLY MARCH 2026. The pool will be ready for all our Spring break guests!



Living/Dining Area:



The open concept living/dining area has spectacular views of the backyard and lake, raised vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, bright, fresh, lake décor, and serves as a spacious and comfortable great-room gathering space.



A large comfortable sectional allows for a view of the backyard and lake area as well as an intimate gathering with friends and family. Two super comfy leather cigar chairs gives an extra space for relaxing or reading area. A large Smart Roku TV is also in the living room to enjoy.



The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar with 4 additional bar stools for extra seating.



Kitchen:



Fully stocked kitchen. Includes stainless steel appliances, all the essential pots, pans, baking dishes, cookware, cooking sheets, assortment of spices, etc. Extra amenities include a combo K-Cup and regular brew pot coffee maker, Ninja Blender, toaster, hand blender, large stock pot, crock pot, outdoor glasses/plates/bowls, outdoor serving platters, BBQ tools, etc.



Refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, dishwasher with detergent pods, and kitchen towels provided.



*Complimentary starter supply of regular coffee, creamer, sweetener, a variety of cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil.



*Oils and spices are shared. We do not guarantee full quantities and replace as items run out.



Bedroom 1



(sleeps 2): A bright and airy room with a beautiful king-size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, workstation desk, mounted smart TV, floor length mirror, and highly rated mattress and sheets await you. An en-suite bathroom and large closet are attached.



Bathroom 1:



A lovely en-suite bathroom off bedroom 1 has a single sink with storage underneath, blow dryer, and combo bathtub/shower.



Bedroom 2



(sleeps 4): Has one set of bunk beds with a queen size mattress on the bottom bunk and queen size mattress on the top bunk, dresser, ceiling fan, bean bag chair, and large closet for storage.



Bedroom 3



(sleeps 6): Has a set of bunk beds with a queen size mattress on the bottom bunk and queen size mattress on the top bunk, another bunk bed with a twin size mattress on the top bunk and twin size mattress on the bottom, ceiling fan, Pac-Man arcade game, pool table, air hockey table, pub table, and reclining loveseat. Kids and teens will love this bunk room and it's décor!





Bathroom 2:



A lovely guest bathroom is located off the hallway across from bedroom 2 and has a single sink with storage underneath, blow dryer, and standup shower with grab bars.



Laundry Room:



The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board.





The Backyard:



The oversized backyard is like a wildlife sanctuary with several duck families visiting throughout the day and turtles regularly sunbathing on the lake shore. Amazing experience for the little ones in your family to see all this nature and activity!



The backyard oasis features a large, raised fully covered deck with 2 outdoor fans and TV that extends across the back of the house and overlooks the sprawling lawn and lake. The deck features an outdoor dining table and chairs, bar top table and stools, and two chaise lounge chairs to sunbathe.



Stay in and cook with an outdoor BBQ grill (propane tank included) and fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows (complimentary starter smore's kit and firewood included).



The swimming pool is just over 4ft deep. NO DIVING.



The 2-story dock has picturesque views of the water and Texas skies. The backyard lights up at night with a well-lit boat dock and an oh so relaxing ambience and star gazing!



Plenty of backyard games including Kan-Jam, Corn Hole, Ring toss and Ladder ball to keep guests busy for hours on end! Two youth kayaks, one adult fishing kayak, canoe, and life jackets are available free of charge for guests to use.



There is a newly added large floating lily pad mat for guests to enjoy relaxing on in the lake!



The 3 mounted Smart TV’s have downloaded apps including Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (There are NO LOCAL CHANNELS) You are able to log into your own accounts on any of the TV’s. Please make sure to logout before your departure.





Activities:



You’ll want to spend as much time as you can on the new deck wrapped around the new swimming pool, enjoying every moment of the lake view from the deck and pool. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon swim, fishing, swing ride, or kayak/canoe excursion.



The kayaks and an Old Town Canoe can be launched right from the backyard. Paddles and lifejackets provided.



Fishing: Several species of fish (Catfish, crappie, and bass) have recently been caught right off the back dock.



A saucer swing located right off the back deck. Kids spend hours on this!



Your group can kick-up the fun with the Retro Nintendo gaming console hooked up to the living room TV or hang out in the bunk room and play an exciting arcade game of Pac-Man.





Essentials Provided:



At Heavenly Harbor we do our best to provide every guest with essential amenities throughout your stay, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry pods (6 pods) , dishwasher pods and trash bags.



Other things to note:



*5 car max at the property.

*Please let us know if you are planning to bring a watercraft/trailer during your stay.

*NO pets



Holidays: Enjoy the holidays on the lake with us! We decorate for Christmas with a beautiful tree and garland. Items can be removed if needed.



When you arrive for your stay, you will truly see and feel how special the location of this home is on the lake. The peacefulness of the neighborhood and calmness of the lake will create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for you and your guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home including 1/3 acre property, private swimming pool, deck, and double boat dock right on the lake. There is no access to garage and hall closet as these are cleaners/owners items.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located within a short 5 minute drive to Main Street in Gun Barrel City which provides quick access to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and nearby state parks. Public boat launch is located less than 5 minutes from the home.



Getting Around:

You can walk/bike around the neighborhood but would recommend a car if you wanted to go to shopping or out to eat. You are just a few miles from the main road with shopping, restaurants, and attractions. You are about 15 minutes off highway 175 that runs from Dallas to Athens. You are a little over 30 minutes from Canton Trade Days!!



Other Things to Note:

*** Please note, our pool is closed (covered) for the winter during the months of December through March 1st. Our home still has plenty of activities including the brand new covered patio with an outdoor TV and ring toss game, new concrete fire pit, fishing off the dock, canoe, two kayaks, and lots of outdoor games provided!
