Just 20 minutes to Hudson with Amtrak access, and 40 minutes to Albany and Hunter/Windham ski resorts.



The Space:

Inside, the first floor features a sunlit open-concept living and dining area with large windows and doors that flood the space with natural light and open to the elevated deck. A large grill is available for outdoor cooking, while the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A comfortable bedroom with a full bed and crib, along with a full bathroom, completes this floor.



Upstairs in the loft, you'll find the master suite with a queen bed. A catwalk leads to a private deck with a charming table and chairs, ideal for moments of solitude and enjoying the scenic lake views.



On the lower level, bedroom 3 offers a king bed, a full bathroom, and a family/TV room featuring a keyboard and record player. This level provides full walk-out access to the beautifully landscaped backyard and a private dock. Enjoy the tranquility of this quiet lake area, and make the most of the provided canoes and kayaks.



For cozy evenings, gather around the firepit located just beneath the porch. Sleepy Hollow Lake is conveniently located just minutes from the vibrant cities of Hudson, Kingston, and Catskill. In the winter, take advantage of nearby skiing at Windham and Hunter mountains, as well as the many other adventures the Hudson Valley has to offer.

Guest Access:

Note: This is an HOA community and additional documents are required to be completed upon booking.

You will have complete, private access to the home. The lake access and other communal areas are shared with guests and owners in the HOA.



**IMPORTANT LAKE INFORMATION**

Guests are NOT permitted to bring/use their own water equipment. This includes but is not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, water devices. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine.

Sleepy Hollow Lake is 2.5 hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area.

In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
