The space
Welcome to 'The SandCastle on 30A!'
This stunning beach home has everything you need for a perfect vacation!
On the first floor, you'll find a fun game room with a pool table, complete with a wet bar, featuring a refrigerator, icemaker, and sink. Step right outside into your private backyard, where a beautiful saltwater pool and hot tub create the perfect relaxation space. The backyard also includes a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and a fenced yard that offers extra privacy.
Traveling upstairs, the second floor features a gorgeous kitchen, equipped with high-end Viking appliances, including a 36” gas range. A large black quartz waterfall island adds both style and space for cooking or gathering. With an open-concept floor plan, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, with plenty of seating space everywhere.
Also on the second floor, you'll find a half bathroom, the laundry room, plus a master bedroom with a King sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and private porch access.
On the third floor is where the other 4 bedrooms are located, all with en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 addional masters with King beds, a guest room with a Queen bed, plus a bunk room with 2 sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. There is also an additional wet bar on this floor.
There are several screened-in porches throughout the home, offering peaceful spots to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with views of the lake.
For convenience, the home includes a spacious three-car garage, with additional parking space in the driveway. Room for about 7 cars total.

FIRST FLOOR:
-Living room/game room with full size pull out sofa
-Wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker
-Full bathroom with glass shower
SECOND FLOOR:
-Master Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower, 2 private porches (front and back of home)
-Half bathroom
THIRD FLOOR:
-Master Bedroom 2: King bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub inside the glass shower, double vanities + huge walk in closet, private porch access
-Master Bedroom 3: King bed, private porch access, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and glass shower
-Guest Bedroom 4: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and glass shower
-Bunk Bedroom 5: Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, bathroom with glass shower and double vanities
-Wet bar with wine fridge
There is also a pack n' play and air mattress available for guests' use upon request.

WALKING distance to the beach, Local Catch, Goatfeathers Seafood & Market, and more!
Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just a couple blocks down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and an even more convenient beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A, an easy walk from the house.
Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel, Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch (next door), Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!
Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around!
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian..
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is -$50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
