Perfect location and setup for our family. The private pool was a huge hit as was the screened in front porch. The yard was fun for the grandkids to run around in and explore. The host was very responsive and helpful. 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. And BabyQuip set us up for a great beach day.

Great House!

Great property and location for our large group of 17! The kids enjoyed the bikes, the walk to the beach is not far at all! Nice to have a swimming pool in the back yard. Great stay!

Celebrated my 50th birthday!

The house was wonderful! Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was also clean and the perfect temperature. We would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay near the beach

This was a perfect property for our family. The inside is updated and the upstairs master was super comfy. We used the private pool and made the short walk to the beach (<5 minutes) everyday. Will definitely return.

Perfect home for our family!

We were celebrating an 80th birthday and this was the perfect home for our family. We had young and old, all enjoyed every minute. The pool was wonderful and so relaxing after beach time. The beach was a 5 minute walk and couldnā€™t have been any easier. Definitely will be back!

Really a very accommodating property. Nicely appointed rooms, kitchen, decor for spreading out and cooking/grilling/gathering. Good options for groups. Backyard pool area quite private as well. Short walk to beachā€”which was not crowded. Manageable walk or bike to Seaside and stores/groceries. Lots of options for a variety of ages.

Daughters fall birthday getaway

Phenomenal location is key and this house delivered. The home as roomy and clean. More than enough room for the 8 of us. The pool was clean and well heated. This was a great amenity for the girls after a day at the beach. The girls also loved the bikes left and provided by the property. Will stay again soon!

Perfect house in a great location!

Flamingo Key is the cutest house only a two min. Walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. The decor was very bright and beachy! The house is full of games to play and books to read. The mgmt. company was so responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again for sure! Our group of 7 had a fabulous vacation.

Another great rental on 30A

Overall we very much enjoyed our Fall Break trip to 30A Sugarwood Beach. The location of the house was great! The house was clean and well stocked (with the exception of propane for the grill...we had to make a trip to the store for that). And the pool area was really nice. One negative, the bedroom between the kitchen and the in-law suite is not private at all and consequently not really useful as a bedroom (family used as office space). But again, great house in great location.
