We agree the linen condition reported was unacceptable and addressed it immediately. When you reported your interaction with the third-party pest control technician, we apologized and advised that we would address it directly with the owner of the pest control company. The statement that it took two days for the AC to work is also inaccurate. You first reported the AC issue at 10:44 AM on Sept. 17. By 10:48 AM—four minutes later—we had contacted our HVAC company. We later provided an ETA of approximately 3:30 PM that same day and advised you that you did not need to wait at the property because the technician had access. We understand your frustration with the initial housekeeping issue. However, stating that “customer service does not exist” does not reflect the documented communication during your stay. Our team responded promptly, offered assistance, coordinated linen pickup, addressed the pest control complaint, and arranged same-day HVAC service.

When we did not hear back, we proactively followed up. You later let us know you had not yet had an opportunity to test the key, and once you confirmed it was not working, we immediately issued a replacement. While the overall timeline spanned several hours, the delay was not due to a lack of response from our team. Regarding the complimentary attraction tickets, our staff was attempting to walk you through an alternate access method that did not require the confirmation code while the issue was being addressed. We strive to provide courteous, helpful service to every guest, and we also expect our team members to be treated with the same courtesy and respect.
