Primary suite (main level): King bed, Smart TV, and a private attached bath.
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Queen bed + Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 (downstairs): Two twin bunk beds (4 twins total)—perfect for kids or the “bunk room” crew.
A shared full bath (tub/shower combo) sits between the downstairs bedrooms, plus a convenient half bath on the main level.

Outdoor fun + post-adventure recovery
Take the 4 adult bikes out for a Sunriver cruise, toss a few rounds of cornhole, then end the day the way vacations should end: in your private hot tub, beverage in hand. 🍷✨ Fire up the gas BBQ, eat outside, and call it a win.
