Summer is coming! In Sunriver everything is better! The air is lighter, the fun is more fun! The bike riding is awesome! The swimming, water play and recreation is just what you need after a long fall, winter and spring! It is the perfect place for whatever you need to recharge. Come visit 27 White Elm. You will find everything you could ask for-fun at the SHARC, quiet relaxation on the deck, cool evening skies shining brightly while you soak in the private hot tub, bike riding, games, and a ton of other great Sunriver activities. Our spring weekday calendar is pretty open. We are eager for you to come and visit. We have almost everything you could be wishing for. Sunriver is also the perfect spot for movies, long walks, fun family games and so much more! 'Memories are made at this time of year!

27 White Elm is right in the middle of all the action. This Sunriver rental home is centrally located off of Circle 4 near the tennis courts, cycling paths, near Fort Rock Park and the swimming and sledding center. 1.3 miles from the SHARC. Check out our reviews to see that this is the perfect spot for a family gathering.

Comfortable, split level home including 2 on-suites. A wide open 1890 sq ft, 3 BR-1 king , 1 queen, 2 full and 1 twin bed and 3 BA.

Living room is comfortably decorated with modern couches and chairs, a beautiful lodge style lava rock wood burning fireplace, and a HD flat screen TV with Blue-Ray DVD Player.

The kitchen is fully stocked with useful small and large appliances, all new kitchenware. The main level has an open concept which includes a kitchen, dining room, living area. There is also king bedroom suite on the main level. The deck off of the main level includes a private hot tub area, gas BBQ, and a great view of the high desert ponderosa pines with deer sauntering through.

Downstairs includes a washer/dryer, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and entry into the 2 car garage where you will find a fleet of various sizes of bikes, a trailer, a follow-along and sleds.

Kid friendly with 8 SHARC passes, a high chair, a child cart to hook on to adult bike, play n pak and gating for the stairs, 4 flat screen TVs with DVD players.

We had a great stay over Christmas, Shirley had it decorated for the holiday and even had a small tree in the living room. There was a miscommunication with the cleaners but Shirley took care of it as soon she learned about the issue. Our family loved the hot tub and we hope to stay again in the future!

I really wanted to love this property….it was listed as great for families with lots of amenities. However, from the start it was a challenge. We didn’t receive our arrival info from the property manager until I called on arrival day. When we entered the property it smelled like the previous guests had just cooked breakfast it smelled of greasy foods. Mind you it was 3:30pm no one should have been there since 11am. The home was tidy but not clean, shower floors could benefit from a magic eraser and potholders and utensils were dirty. Plates and bowls had been put away dirty and the entire knife block was filthy, not a clean knife in it. A broken kitchen chair had been left with a note from the previous tenant that it was broken when they arrived. Not a lot of attention to detail. The hot tub didn’t have enough water so the jets just shot water at you instead of under the water and the temp has been turned down to 100, so barely above body temp. They did send a person out to fill the tub and temp was adjusted. The refrigerator was apparently set to the highest setting and froze all of our produce, milk, eggs etc. most of the fridge has to be thrown out and repurchased. Apparently there is a camera In the back, I know this because the property manager was checking it during our stay and texting me about the weather. This is concerning as this is where the hot tub is. A heads up there is a camera out back would have been nice.

This has been our Christmas vacation get-away for 5 years - and we'll be back again. The house is so cozy and welcoming. Just like home. It's decorated for the holiday, has everything you'd need, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, a clean hot tub, fireplace - it's just wonderful!

We have rented this home 5 years in a row. The owner couldn't be nicer. The home is well equipped and in a great location. Sunriver is a great retreat with so much to see and do both within and just outside of this unique community. We stay here with my brother and his wife and enjoy activity filled days and restful nights of making dinner and playing games. We have already booked again for next year.

We have been coming to this VRBO since our 11 year old was 6 months old. It feels like home away from home! We love the floor plan, hot tub, bikes, and location of the property. It’s easy to cook at home as the kitchen is well stocked. We always have a rule of no TV on vacation to encourage memories and interaction, but there are TVs in each bedroom if you need. There are so many things to do, you won’t need them!

The house was light, bright and airy. No clutter. The deck was nice with no concerns for walking barefoot. The BBQ worked great and there was an extra propane tank incase it should run out. The kids enjoyed the TVs in the room. Bedding was comfortable as well as pillows. Couches were nice with throw blankets for comfort. My partners only complaint was the spring mattress in primary bedroom snd small oven mitts. We loved being by fort rock and nature center. The road is quite and nice for kids to bike around. Hot tub was well maintained, perfect for star gazing and privacy.

Really great property. The house is in a great location, fully furnished, comfortable beds, and stocked with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable vacation. We particularly enjoyed the selection of bikes including a burly card and trail-a-bike.

Perfect location and perfect house with all amenities needed! Owner was great with communication and while I had family staying ALL OVER Sunriver, many noted this house to be their pick for their next trip! Absolutely would book this house again! Thank you for the great stay :)

Excellent location and accommodation

My husband and I loved our stay here. The house was just lovely. The deck was great for evening sun, and the hot tub was in a great spot outside the main bedroom and very private. The location was great for biking into town or the SHARC. I would stay there again.

Perfect family friendly home away from home

27 white elm was just amazing! Shirley really pulled out all the stops and took care of us! We were three moms with our sons playing in a baseball tournament memorial weekend. The Sharc passes are amazing, the variety of bikes and games and movies was beyond. The beds were very comfortable! This home has everything you could imagine! Thank you again! Cannot wait to come back!

Great family house

We had a great time spending part of our spring break at this house. We had plenty of room and bikes for everyone so we could enjoy all the bike trails.

Great location, lovely home

Our family of four had a great time staying here for 3 nights over spring break. The home had all that we needed and for just 4 of us, more than enough space. I loved the location. Pretty quick/easy bike ride to SHARC/village or the big park. The home is older and not very updated but still well taken care of. Hot tub was awesome. Bikes were great too! And we used the bbq several times.

Great spot for families

The house is in a great spot in Sunriver. Close to thr village and SHARC and only 30min to Bachelor. We had two families in our party - 8 people total, 4 kids ages 9-12, and the space was great. We had space to spread out, full kitchen, three bathrooms were great and enough dishes and silverware for.all. hot tub was great and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

Winter ski trip

We found this home to be spacious, clean, and in a good location. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it after our ski days. The kitchen was well stocked, even with essentials that we sometimes forget like foil and sandwich bags. Some items were very worn and in need of replacing but overall the kitchen was equipped and functional for us. The one major draw back that would prevent us from staying again were the beds, they should all be replaced. The queen bed was hard as a rock and the king was literally 2 trenches with a hump in the middle which made a good night sleep impossible.

Our Annual Christmas Get-away

The house is decorated from top to bottom for Christmas. Just walking in the door feels like an escape to Grandma's house in the woods! The giant dining table is perfect for fun projects, like decorating gingerbread houses, or cookies, or putting together a jigsaw puzzle. The house is comfortable, well provisioned, and the hot tub is so welcome. And don't pass by all the activities in the Village. And snow - if you're lucky, you'll get snow! We love it there.

My sister and I inherited commercial property from our parents. We wanted to purchase a home that we could share with our family to continue the heritage of family that our parents instilled within us as we grew up in the Willamette Valley. Our grandparents lived in Bend, OR where we often spent summer vacations. Our grandfather worked at a paper mill in Bend which is now a shopping and entertainment center called 'The Mill'. We have many memories of outdoor fun from this area . We hope you will feel the presence of the importance of family, the comfort and joy of the house and area amenities and create memories for you and your loved ones.
