The location is very convenient -- close enough to the lovely village of Southampton for easy shopping and far enough away on quiet lane for a serene vacation even during peak season. The big bonus is the beautiful perennial gardens surrounding the cottage (we had our wedding here)—it blooms all summer!

Its beautiful ocean beaches, bay beaches, fresh-water ponds all have public access (some charge daily parking fees).
