Beautifully renovated home located on a private and quiet street in Southampton Village. Walking or biking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches, plus easy access to the L.I.R.R. & Hampton Jitney. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a well appointed kitchen, and living room with fireplace. Property also comes with a spacious, fully equipped and air conditioned pool house, with an additional kitchen, full bath and large TV for movie watching. Beautifully landscaped yard with a heated gunite pool, large enough for laps, an outdoor shower and fresh vegetable garden. There is a front porch sitting area, a covered back porch with a mahogany deck for dining and large sofa for lounging, and the house is surrounded by a high privet hedge which provides extraordinary privacy. Everything you could want for your vacation retreat.

Beautiful and comfortable home in great location!

We had a great SH vacation and this house was just perfect for our family. We were so grateful to have a house because some days the weather didn't cooperate and there was enough space for us to enjoy being home if necessary. We loved the pool and playing card games and board games at the cozy kitchen table. Also the location was great, close to downtown and walking distance to Tate's!! The owner's were so helpful with information about SH and surrounding towns, with great information on dining, entertainment and beaches!!

Fantastic house, Perfect location, ❤️ Holliday

Thank you Felice. We had an amazing vacation in South Hampton staying at your house during our summer holiday in the US. Your house was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, spacious with a lovely garden and pool. The small adjoining cottage was perfect for our teenage sons (who wanted to be on their own!). Location was great as our boys could get to the village on their own. Dinners on the patio were delightful. Next time we are going to invite friends to join us. I highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to visit again.

We've always rented in East Hampton. This was our first stay in Southamtpon village and it was the best decision we ever made. We were a family of 6 and this house was perfect fit for us. We had our sitter with us which brought us up to 7 guests and we truly felt comfortable in this home. Our sitter had plenty of privacy in the pool house and our kids were able to enjoy the 2nd floor to themselves. Main floor master suite was an added plus. Southampton Village and this home is now our go to place

Great stay

My family truly enjoyed our end of Summer early Fall stay in this home. The house was comfortable and really suited our needs. The private yard, pool house and pool really completed our stay. We would definitely call this a 5 star experience.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

The perfect Hamptons getaway home

This stunning south hamptons home exceeded my expectations. The homeowners were very easy to work with and let us know of all accomodations and amenities before we arrived. The pictures of the house are beautiful, but they don’t do justice until you see the property on site. When you arrive, you feel like you are on a true vacation. The house is impeccible. Every room is modern and feels like it was created right out of a magazine, but it still holds a ‘homey’ feeling. The beds are beyond comfortable. The appliances and technology are up to date and make you feel like you are living lavishly! The outdoor space completes the feel of the home. The back deck is huge and can work as an an entertaining space or a relaxing hang out. The heated pool is picturesque. The pool house is massive, has tv, bathroom, and AC. It os a great place to run back and forth from while soaking in the sun or a fun space to chill out at night. The house is walking distance from town which has amazing restaurants. It is also a mile from the beach. The location is perfectly convenient. I left feeling relaxed and renewed. I could not ask for more in a home rental and I hope to come back.

Perfect holiday home

This home was the perfect home for my family. It was absolutely impeccable. The home was beautifully decorated and updated. It was a true Hamptons style home and very well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are all updated and clean. The location was perfectly located close to shopping and food. It was conveniently located near the beach and we especially loved the private heated swimming pool for late afternoon and evening swimming .The fully furnished pool house was an added bonus because it allowed us to have additional guests. We can’t wait to stay there again

Best Vacation House!

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful and comfortable Hamptons house, and we can't wait to stay again! The house and property are perfect for families. My kids spent hours in the heated pool and playing in the yard. The beach is also nearby, and we often walked to town for shopping and yummy eats. Other wonderful things to note: the renovated kitchen, the luxurious bedrooms, and the outdoor shower! We couldn't have asked for more.

Heaven on earth!

This by far has been our best vacation in the Hamptons!! We have stayed in several homes and yet this one is on top of my list. The house is spectacular. We felt that we were in luxury the whole time. The bedrooms were spacious (great beds), modern bathrooms and the kitchen is gorgeous and also very spacious. Everything is modern and up to date. The location is amazing and close to everything. We loved being close to the beach and in the afternoons the kids continued in the amazing pool. The backyard is quite and very well maintained. I felt that we were on a private getaway and look forward to coming again. Thank you.

An Amazing Rental

This property was the absolute perfect location for my family. The home is beautifully decorated in true Hamptons style and is well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the privacy the fully furnished pool house gave to my additional guests. There was a beautiful backyard complete with a heated swimming pool. It was a true treat that the home owners had a garden full of delicious produce at our disposal. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay in the Hamptons.

My family and I have had the pleasure staying at this charming home several times over the past few years. Its décor is new and is in extraordinary good taste. The grounds are well kept, has a heated pool and a pool house that is equipped with a fully loaded bar section, a bathroom with a shower and furniture for entertaining guests. The home is located minutes from shopping, the center of Southampton's quaint town and the Atlantic ocean beaches. The problem we have, due to my tight schedule, is that we can not extend our stays at this home for longer periods of time.

Newly remodeled charming house near everything!

My family and I had an amazing long weekend at this stylish and chic Southampton home. The house was completely remodeled recently, and every clearly every detail was paid attention. From the great open kitchen to the clean and comfortable rooms, the wonderful rear deck and yard to the very hip pool house. This place was a delight. Unfortunately it was Fall, so we missed out on the pool, but cannot wait to go back this summer and swim! Highly recommended!

This property was everything we were looking for in a village home. It was love at first sight and the perfect size for our family. We also thought it was the best opportunity for us to be able to share a slice of heaven with renters.
