Tranquil Vista is a lovely four-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully-equipped home with four bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 guests, and is situated on ten secluded acres making it the ideal escape from the stresses of today’s busy lives.

As you approach the home, you will be greeted by a fully paved driveway leading to the house (a surprisingly rare find in the remote areas of the Hill Country). Upon your arrival you will marvel at the breathtaking 270-degree 20-mile view of the Blanco River Valley, Tranquil Vista lives up to its name. The small luxury home features a sparkling swimming pool with a tanning shelf and a bench that runs the entire East side of the pool, making it a perfect place for watching the gorgeous Hill Country sunsets. In addition, the house features two 50” HDTVs so avid sports fans can watch two games simultaneously (or a family movie on one and the big game on the other).

Tranquil Vista’s main bedroom has a king-sized bed and boasts a private entry to the breathtaking backyard spaces. The master also includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Beautifully appointed with granite countertops and elegant fixtures, guests will find the space a relaxing and refreshing place to unwind. The three remaining bedrooms share a second hall bathroom; one has a queen-sized bed, and the other two have a double-sized bed in each.

The fully equipped kitchen features lovely granite counters and updated appliances to include an induction cooktop, wall oven, built-in microwave, new pots & pans, lots of kitchen tools, a toaster, a coffee maker, & a blender to make the work of even the most demanding chef easy.

Starlink-powered fast internet & Google mesh WIFI make it a breeze to do a Zoom call or two, wrap up work email, or stream your favorite movie or show. While the latest technology puts the world at your fingertips, we recommend turning off the electronics and enjoying the quiet solitude to connect with those you love by sharing the unforgettable view and the star-filled night sky.
