Summary:
The soothing sounds of the ocean will lull you to sleep as you relax on Edisto Island, just off the southern coast of South Carolina. On this resort island, you can explore acres of lagoons and forests or work on your golf game without ever leaving the grounds. Edisto Island offers both playtime adventures and peaceful relaxation.

The Space:
When you stay at Kings Cotton Villas you have access to so many amenities and adventures you might not want to leave! Start your epic vacation by stepping into your 3 bedroom/4 bath Presidential condo that is a stunning 1916 sq ft! Upstairs you'll find the spacious master bedroom has a king bed with attached en suite and jetted tub and access to a private balcony. In the second master bedroom there is a king bed and attached en suite. The third bedroom has two double beds and an attached en suite! In the very open living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, and a balcony where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 10 guests!  With a full kitchen and a dinning room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
