Boasting 3200 square feet and three stories, this four bedroom (two king beds, two queen beds and a queen air mattress) home has three full bathrooms (one on each level) and plenty of space for everyone to spread out! 2 separate living room areas.

The entry level first floor has one bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom. Large living area with sectional couch. Rear sliding doors open to a patio with fenced yard. Gas fire pit In the outdoor patio seating area. Washer and dryer.

The second story has bright light and panoramic lake views from the 2 large windows and 4 sliding doors that open to a large deck (half covered and half open) overlooking the picturesque lake. It has two bedrooms with queen beds. Full bathroom and an open floor plan with stocked kitchen, large living area and game room. Ample seating at the large family style dining table. Rear covered deck on this floor off of the kitchen space.

Spiral staircase to the third story master loft offers a king bed where you will wake up to sunrise lake views. A large walk-in shower, closet and a jet tub for ultimate relaxation. Private master balcony on the third story where you can lay in the hammock overlooking the lake or enjoy your morning coffee on the bistro in set.

Amenities include beach/lake access steps from the home, outdoor shower, WiFi for entertainment and remote work. Game room with card, board games, bumper pool andpoker table. 3 decks and a Patio with a gas fire pit. Grill. Parking for 4 vehicles (Garage access is not available).

Home is available for short term rental and part of the home is available as there is no use of the garage or owners closet in the kitchen. All other spaces are available for use.
