This cabin was such a nice get away for our anniversary! It was a bit a drive from Leavenworth but that area is so beautiful it was worth it. The cabin itself was so clean, beautiful and quiet. The hot tub was nice and they provided so much in the kitchen, extra linens and so much detail on check in/ check out and any questions we had were already provided. I would stay again!

The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, and we appreciated that it was dog friendly so I could bring my miniature dachshund along.I stayed here with friends to spend some time at Lake Wenatchee, which was about a 15-minute drive away. It was pretty smoky during our trip because of the nearby wildfires, but the lake and area were still beautiful.Downtown Leavenworth is about 30 minutes away and is also where the nearest full-size grocery store is. We went into town for lunch and had no problem finding dog-friendly places.Overall, a comfortable place to stay with easy access to Lake Wenatchee and a reasonable drive into Leavenworth.

The cleanest, most bug free cabin we've ever stayed in. Very well appointed, comfortable, and check-in was a breeze thanks to great communication from the host. Our two kiddos loved the hot-tub and making smores over the fire pit. My husband loved the clean and functional grill. Even with 4 of us it didnt feel cramped.The only very minor suggestion is I would love to see curtains in the bedrooms to keep out the morning light. Overall, great stay and we'd love to come back.

Was very nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. Did not need to bring much everything need was provided- glasses plates pans coffee and maker. Absolutely the best experience for the first time ever staying in a Vrbo. Would 100% recommend this place to friends and family!

Cozy Little Cabin Nestled Among The Giant Pines

The cabin is very invitng and comfy. With 100+ heat we were absoluely DELIGHTED to walk into an cool air conditioned cabin. Very clean and kitchen is adequately stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub alot. We would love to come again in Fall. Such a wonderful relaxing time away!

Hot tub was a nice treat to enjoy after a day of hiking and exploring. Bonus points for being dog friendly.

winter get away

We really enjoyed our stay at The Painted Pony. The online pictures were exactly how we found it. The hot tub was amazing!! The only draw back was the hot water tank. It seemed to kick on often at night and it is right next to the bedrooms. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Beautiful cabin with great decor.

We had a wonderful three-night stay right after the Christmas snowstorm. We ventured into Leavenworth one evening to see the Christmas lights - it was quite crowded. More spectacular than the town of Leavenworth is the surrounding area. We loved the drive from Leavenworth to the cabin - absolutely beautiful. We also ventured over to Lake Wenatchee State Park, a quick drive from the cabin. We enjoyed relaxing at the cabin and working on a puzzle we brought from home. Love this area of Washington and hope to come back in the summer/fall to enjoy more of the outdoor offerings.

The cabin was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, a true home away from home. The only thing we found was missing was a we purchased one in Leavenworth to donate to the cabin. We will definitely return!!

We accidentally broke a glass and one of the tables and they were so good working with us when that happened. We loved having the washer and the dryer available to us as well. Our only complaint would be that it's hard to find it from the road! That alone took us about 10 minutes. But, having it off of the road a bit was also wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

The cabin was so beautiful and well done. I wouldn't market the heated floors as it' takes a day to warm up lol But i would would go back to this cabin in a minute! Beautiful area and people. A bit of confusion booking the initial reservation through but the people at the Painted cabin rental property made it right.

I am so happy that you enjoyed not only your stay at the cabin but that the neighbors were welcoming as well. There can be confusion when you book through a third party website, they simply forward everything to us but it is confusing to a guest who does not realize that they are not booking directly with the actual property manager. Good for a long Leavenworth weekend with the dogs

Overall the stay was very nice. It's a little further from Leavenworth than we would like, but not bad at around a 23 min drive in winter conditions. The house was big enough for two people and dogs, but i wouldn't want to have another couple with us as the bedrooms are rather small for people and luggage. A couple areas in the house weren't as clean as I would expect.. bath rugs didn't seem clean, a used paper towel on the floor on the side of the couch... The hot tub was a great amenity and the washer/dryer made things easier. I like the online customer portal a lot for getting quick information, but it needs updates. Such as it states the property has a sauna (it doesn't unless we didn't find it). But as we weren't expecting to have a sauna, it didn't ruin our trip. The owner does a good job at making the space comfortable for guests. Overall we had a very relaxing time

Painted pony

This cabin is incredible. Super clean and somehow close to other towns. We loved staying here for this vacation time. We will come back next year.

Peaceful and relaxing stay!

I rented this cabin for myself and my daughter-in-law. We had a great time, the cabin was clean and cozy. It was quiet and we enjoyed how dark it was outside at night, great for viewing stars. I would recommend this cabin.
