- Outdoor fires are not allowed due to fire risk and county rules. The indoor wood-burning stove can be used, except when there are county burn bans and restrictions in the summer months due to extreme fire risks
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is next to the front door facing the deck and side yard. Camera 2 is on the front facing the driveway and street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
