Perfect for families or friend groups, the house features two bedrooms downstairs and a newly built, charming bunk room upstairs that sleeps four. Kids will love the toys, games, and cozy nooks, while young adults will appreciate the privacy of four separate sleeping areas, each with its own light. A comfortable, queen-size pullout couch in the living room adds even more sleeping space.

The freshly furnished home features brand new Tuft & Needle mattresses in every room, central air/heat and a stocked kitchen with a state-of-the-art induction stove. Right out the side door is an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The expansive backyard adds extra hangout space, with a tree-shaded dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and lawn games galore. (Plus plenty of parking space.)


THE AREA

The cottage is located on a main street with a sidewalk, making it unusually walkable—perfect for city folks who don’t drive. Ruggedly beautiful Ponquogue beach is a five-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride away, while the Hampton Bays LIRR stop, grocery store, pizzeria and Starbucks are a 25-minute walk or 7-minute bike ride from the house.
