Come vacation at Casa Azul, an impeccably appointed cottage on 60 feet of bulk headed open bay front in Westhampton Beach. This property features a private backyard with its own sandy beach, and a deeded right of way to the Atlantic ocean beach, mere steps away across the street. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided so that you may enjoy water sports right from the backyard. Bicycles are also on property to encourage leisurely beachside rides.
Fabulous water views from every room and from the bayside deck which is perfect for entertaining, evening cocktails, and star gazing. Ideally located just minutes from town.

Amenities include: central AC, wireless internet, flat screen TVs in every room, cable TV, Blu-ray DVD player, alarm system, marble bathrooms, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, spacious outdoor shower, Weber BBQ grill, community boat launch, mooring rights, and swim ladder to the bay.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed, and the third guest bedroom has a pop-up trundle with two standard-sized twins (which when placed together form a king). There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The house has been professionally decorated and landscaped. Comfortable plush mattresses, bedding, towels, and beautiful furnishings make this gem a stand out from the rest. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart are all provided for your convenience.

Beyond Amazing!!!!

From the moment we walked into Casa Azul, we were amazed by its beauty, cleanliness and details !! It was even prettier in person and the views from every window were priceless. The deck and backyard were pristine. The decor of the house was absolutely gorgeous and we felt like we were in a Pottery Barn catalogue. The house was extremely clean and comfortable with thick, luxurious towels and bedding. The location was perfect..... close to the adorable town of Westhampton Beach, and convenient to 27 allowing us to visit the North and South Forks. Supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and shopping are all within a close drive. In summary, the house was perfect.....everything we hoped for and more!! The rental process was seamless, and the customer services before, during and after our stay was amazing and personalized! We will be back!!!

First rate rental

Loved our stay in Westhampton! travel delays caused us to arrive late in the evening and it was wonderful to walk in and have the place so perfect-- down to a personal welcome letter and treats to go along. The location is wonderful-- on the calm bay and only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Walked or ran into town every day as well ! The house itself is immaculate. Clean and beautiful with everything you can imagine to make it feel even better than home. I will say that it was the best stocked rental kitchen I have ever stayed in. A wagon, beach chairs, beach towels.. everything you need which was helpful when you are flying in. One last note, the owner Pauline was great to work with- super helpful before and after. Hoping for a return trip back next summer!

Amazing Vacation

We stayed two weeks at this beautiful "cottage" on the bay. It is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and walking across the street to the ocean. The owner is meticulous and has every detail covered. She is very professional and her response time is almost immediate. We were thrilled to have found this vacation home after ours was canceled by different VRBO homeowner in the same area. We highly recommend this property!

Paradise!!

This is our second stay at Casa Azul. My husband and I spent another glorious week here at this amazing cottage! This is a 5 star home with every possible amenity that you could think of! Pauline, the owner makes sure that the cottage is stocked with everything you can possibly need and more. There's nothing that she hasn't thought of. She is a kind, lovely and gracious homeowner who takes pride in her cottage! The water views are amazing from every room. The bay and ocean breezes are so delightful! When you stay here, you never want to leave!! We can't wait to return again next year! The sunrises and sunsets from the deck are incredible.

Great Westhampton Beach house!

My husband, teenagers and I were in Westhampton for a wedding and rented Casa Azul for the week. We have never stayed in a rental home anywhere that was more well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor space, sports equipment, entertaining provisions, etc.) or as well decorated. The owner's attention to every single detail made our stay truly relaxing! Would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful and Serene!! A Westhampton Gem!!

We just had the most wonderful week at Casa Azul! With its boutique hotel amenities, beautiful water views and location to town, restaurants and beach, Casa Azul is a dream come true. Fully stocked with everything you could need and the most cozy comfortable bed ever. Clean. Serene. The master bedroom is like sleeping on a boat. Surrounded by the bay on every side. House is pristine in every way. Pauline, the owner, is kind and gracious and responsive . As a long time Westhampton Beach visitor, this is by far the best experience we've had! Wonderful place to spend some time with family!

Beautiful cottage near beach, town , and shul. Our family spend a wonderful week enjoying the bay, riding bicycles, and enjoying the town attractions. Cottage was exceptionally well equipped and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets were a bonus! Sure to enjoy.

Amazing even off season!

My family of four (kids 12 and 10) stayed at Casa Azul Vcolumbus Day weekend. The house is amazing! It is immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The owner was thoughtful, kind and attentive. She checked on us to make sure we got in ok. It was better service than some of the finer hotels we have stayed at. The Casa Azul guidebook was so helpful and we ate at two great restaurants. The view from the house Is unbeatable, so peaceful and serene. Going out on the deck at night, there were so many stars we felt like we were in a planetarium. There was so much to do for us and the kids. We walked the beach, went pumpkin picking, hit the wineries and even attended a street fair. I would highly recommend Casa Azul for any family looking to enjoy and a great family vacation in a superior home.

The best summer rental. Like vacationing in a boutique hotel. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful views. The master bedroom is like sleeping on a boat. Beautiful and Tranquil

This rental was just what we were looking for......a peaceful respite in a beautiful beach setting. The owner Pauline, takes great pride in her home & it shows. It is beautifully appointed & maintained. Everything you may need or want has been thought of in advance. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck & barbecued most evenings. Many lovely dishes & serving pieces were provided as well as household basics. The basic supplies were many & saved a lot of time & expense to have them in place. I also LOVED the aspect of having a washer & dryer at my disposal. All of the appliances were top notch & in good working order. Pauline was a pleasure to deal with. She spent time explaining all that the cottage had to offer & was available to answer any questions during the visit. The view from the cottage was spectacular & the beautiful ocean beach was a short walk across the street. All beach & water amenities were provided as well....towels, umbrellas, kayaks, & bicycles. There was a lot of activity in the village even early in the season. Plenty of attractions to keep busy or just stay put and relax with that beautiful view. I would rent this vacation home again & would not hesitate to recommend to others.

my stay at CASA

I loved this place. It was exactly what I wanted in terms of a summer spot to relax. The proximity to both the bay and the ocean makes it perfect no matter what you enjoy doing and having the beach to my self for early morning walks was a gift. The house itself is very well equipped, comfortable and absolutely spotless. It is everything that was represented and more. The owner could not have been more responsive to all my needs and requests. With views and the deck I really had a true vacation and would definitely recommend Casa Azul. I hope to be back myself!

Awesome Stay on The Bay

We had a great time staying at CasaAzul last week. The location was splendid with the bay out the back door and the ocean a five minute walk. We played in the bay on the kyaks and swam in the surf so we had the best of both bodies of water. The house is very nicley furnished and decorated, we could not think of anything else we needed to enjoy our stay there. We hope to come back again in the future!

Great place to stay

Casa Azul is in a great location and is superbly equipped and maintained. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage which is on the bay waterfront and only a short walk away from the ocean/beach. A 5 minute drive away is Westhampton Beach, which has a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Casa Azul is the perfect vacation home.

Casa Azul is beautiful, pristine, and better than a high-end boutique hotel. The location on the bayfront allowed us to kayak, paddle board, and swim without leaving home. Wonderful ocean beach just a 3 minute walk down the road. The owner provided all the amenities... we just brought our clothes and our food for barbecuing. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Amazing Getaway!

My husband and I came here with our 2 1/2 year old and 1 year old. We had an amazing time. The house was immaculate, very clean (which was a big must for us) and had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for the kids and we loved bbqing on the deck. The view of the bay from the back of the house was gorgeous too. The owner was very attentive and available to answer any questions throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Family Fun

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this adorable cottage for the entire month of June, 2011. After leaving the cottage and returning back home for the July 4th weekend, we then flew to Europe for the remainder of the summer. I must admit, even while staying in our gorgeous European hotels, we kept thinking and wishing that we were back in our cottage in Westhampton Beach. It is truly magical. It is pristine, precious and the owners are absolutely delightful! They have taken care of your every need. We have stayed at much larger homes farther east in The Hamptons, with boats, docks and pools, but this cottage is by far our family's favorite! If you don't need tons of space and want/need to be closer to NYC, this is your place!

Truly relaxing!

Casa Azul was the most amazing place to stay in West Hampton Beach. If you are looking for a small, elegant, peaceful cottage, this is the place to stay!! Immaculately clean, beautiful decor and with every amenity. You couldn't ask for a nicer place with such attention to detail. We loved it! It was so romantic right on the water with the most beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be going back soon. Thanks to the owner for creating such a beautiful place.

Perfection!

The cottage is perfectly appointed with attention to every detail. The listing description and pictures were completely accurate and the furnishings were in pristine condition, including a flat screen TV in every room. The kitchen is immaculate with all new kitchen ware. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The owner was very helpful and answered all my question accurately and promptly, she even includes a guide to the area including favorite restaurants, and any type of shopping you should need to do. The Water View is Spectacular!! The backyard has lounge chairs, umbrellas, a Weber Grill, dining table and chairs, outdoor shower, a beach area with umbrellas and all of this while taking in an expansive view of the Bay. There are Kayaks and bikes for your enjoyment. The Ocean Beach is steps away, the owner even includes a beach cart to transport all the chairs, umbrellas and towels (all provided by the owner). My stay at the cottage was relaxing and stress free.... I have rented in Westhampton Beach before and have never found a property so Clean, Beautiful and located so close to town. I would Highly recommend this property to a anyone looking for a relaxing stay. We will certainly be returning soon!

The Casa Azul was the perfect vacation for our family this summer in West Hampton!

Casa Azul was conveniently located in West Hampton, just minutes from the town and walking distance from the beach. The pictures are exactly how the property looks and feels, perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, magnificent views from every room, and full of every amenity one could ask for! The owner was helpful, and extremely available for any and all matters and questions. She even had a book full of EVERY possible restaurant and service in the area. I would highly reccomend this property to friends and relatives. I especially loved the beach equiptment, bicycles and kayaks that were available for use. Our time at the house was the highlight of our summer with our two teenage children(high speed internet was instrumental)!

beach house

I spent the month of August at 52 Harbor Road with my husband, 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son. We absolutely loved it. The location was amazing, not only did we have a sandy little beach in our backyard but the ocean was just a 5 minute walk. As far as the house goes, it is adorable and everything is done beautifully, with all new appliances and fixtures. The owner has equipped it with everything one could possibly need, from beach towels, umbrellas and chairs, to Flat screen TV's in every room and high speed internet. The owner is a lovely and thoughtful woman who even bought sand toys for the kids when we arrived. We had one problem with one of the rooms that didn't have shades on the windows and when we called her about it she took care of if right away. The property is extremely well maintained, there is someone to mow the lawn, take care of the flowers and rake the driveway. I would highly recommend renting this house, you won't be disappointed.

A great getaway in any season!

Our small family loved this house - gorgeous views, gorgeous place - and every amenity! I hope I can book it again, next time in the fall months, because it offers our family everything we want outside the city.

Location, Location, Location! The unbelievable views and the incredibly tranquil setting just makes you instantly decompress. The house is so close to the water that you feel as though you are on a boat. I also love the close proximity to town, and the 3 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean & Beach.
