Flanigan's Villa II is a spacious 1,450-square-foot split-level villa that can accommodate up to six people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, a private patio with canyon views, a gas barbecue, a 1/4-acre lawn, and a king-size bed suite upstairs with a 3/4 bath. The downstairs bedroom has two XL twin beds and a full bath.

Flanigan's Villa II is your private home away from home. As an extension of Flanigan's Resort, you'll have access to the resort's full-size pool and hot tub, as well as its meditative hilltop labyrinth. You'll also receive a discount at the resort's restaurant and spa, the Spotted Dog and Deep Canyon spa.

Villa II is located on its own 1/3-acre lot, which was once the historic farm of David Flanigan. Large picture windows reveal stunning views of Zion National Park, and the open floor plan offers a liberating sense of space. The villa features upscale contemporary styling, an excellent location, and a fully stocked kitchen. Local artists have also contributed to the decor, with original paintings from the owner's private collection.

Located just 1/4 mile from Zion's visitor center, Flanigan's Villa II is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Zion Canyon has to offer. With its comfortable and deluxe accommodations, Flanigan's Villa II is sure to make your stay unforgettable.

Perfect location

The villa is in the perfect location with easy access to Zion National Park (7 minute walk to the entrance and Zion shuttle bus) and restaurants and stores of Springdale. Lots of room for our family of 5, well stocked with everything you might need (including a kitchen sponge and laundry and dish detergent.) beautiful setting with very nice pool and hot tub. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Beautiful Property

We stayed here in June 2022 and couldn't have been more happy. There were 3 adults in our party and the size and layout worked great. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furnishings nice and comfortable. The view is nice in that you get a nice patch of green grass, and trees, and can see some of the towering bits of Zion as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional stay.

This 2 BR vill was a truly lovely place to stay. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well furbished with high quality and new everything- knives were new and sharp and good, glassware, dishes, etc. All linens were spotless and new and best quality. The windows from every room look out on the beautiful scenery. My husband remarked that the bed was the most comfortable bed he has slept in. The gas fireplace was cool. But our favorite item was the fancy toilet with warmed seat and multi-function bidet with many buttons and settings. The Zion Visotor's Center is a 10 minute walk. The shuttle to Zion NP stops in from of the villa. Flannigan's is directly across the street and we used the hot tub and had it to ourselves. We ate dinner at The Spotted Dog 3 nights and the food was excellent. We did not make reservations, but when there was a wait they gave us a buzzer and we just walked back to the villa until the table was ready.

Really nice property close to park entrance. Very clean, spacious and well equipped.

Had a wonderful experience. We had to spend a little more time in the property because of rain and it was very comfortable. Loved the number of windows and the view.

Perfect location, awesome place.

Clean and comfortable villa. The location is A+. It is a short walk to the entrance of Zion and anything needed is well within walking distance. Still have plenty of privacy as well. A few deer were hanging out in the yard which was fun. Would recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Zion.

Great location, awesome place!

Fantastic villa for a family. Location is great. The only issue was the listing said sleeps 5, but the 5th is on a sofa that doesn’t pull out. They do also offer a rollaway bed for the 5th.

Comfortable, well-appointed & super clean house. Quarter mile from park, lots if restaurants, grocery, & shops walking distance. Feels private despite being 1 house in from main road (tiny, cute town with 1 road busy with bikes, walkers & cars heading to/fro park). Restaurant takeout & inn grounds - labyrinth - are very nice. Would stay here again.

We all enjoyed a lovely stay. The only drawback for us was the stove. It took a long time to heat things. The kitchen knives are not sharp either, FYI. Otherwise, it was completely perfect. We enjoyed the deer in the backyard. It was nice to walk everywhere. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. We all loved being here and could tell the place is very loved. We cooked instead of going out. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient as well. Thank you for this place. We will definitely be back!

Lovely lodging in a stunning landscape

The villa was spotless, beds very comfortable, and the open plan of the kitchen/dining/living room great for cooking, dining, games and TV was perfect. The backyard patio was inviting with the lovely yard and charming wildlife (deer with nearby pastured sheep and cows). Access to the park couldn't have been better. Shuttle stop #3 was right out the door; Zion visitor center less than half a mile's walk; bike rentals and Narrows gear/tour right across the street. Staff was very helpful every step of the way. Excellent restaurants, cafes and shops were within walking distance. The pool and hot tub at Flanigans Inn were a plus. This was a fabulous place that we (a sisters' retreat) hope to return to in the near future.

Perfect location - beautiful place

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful rental. It is right beside a great restaurant and walking distance to quaint stores, and lovely walking areas ... and the view!! We had deer visit us and bring their babies while they foraged nearby. Quite ideal. Will stay here again if we return to the area,

Convenient, clean and spacious

Great location that can’t be beat for visiting the Zion area. The staff at check in and through the booking process were more than helpful. The entire house was clean and well stocked including the kitchen with all needed amenities. The patio can’t be beat for relaxing and watching the mule deer munch!

Comfortable and Close

Villa 2 is pretty, spacious, comfortable and plenty of amenities. Bonus - horses, goats, cows and deer in close proximity. Walking distance to Zion entrance. Can’t wait to visit again.

spectacular setting, gem of a house

This lovely house is set in an amazing setting with views everywhere you look. The house is southwestern and nestled in a country-like charming setting with a large lawn and trees, back deck and outdoor patio. It is peaceful and beautiful. The house is well-equipped and comfortable very convenient to the park, cafes, art galleries, and the bus. It is an easy house for a family with things so close for everyone and no need for a car. We look forward to our return to this sensational setting and house.

Zion Canyon has been my home since 1978. My now ex-husband and I came here and established what is now Flanigan's Inn, Spotted Dog and Deep Canyon Spa located just across the street from the Villa. I have traveled the world and am still thrilled with where I live. Loving the red rock and people of my community. One of the best parts of my career has been getting to know travelers from all over the world and helping them to experience our beautiful area. Please feel free to ask me for recommendations. I love to see my guests have a great time here.

I purchased, designed and extensively remodeled the Villa to be my home. Shortly after completing the project, I was offered a great job finishing and decorating another lodge which took about one year. During that time, my family's hotel occasionally would use my home for special guests. When I returned from my job, I found a mini-farm and started renting out my Villa. Some of the flowers you may have in the Villa will come from my farm about 4 miles from the Villa.

Springdale would be worthy of a visit even if she weren't embraced with the beauty of Zion Canyon. Springdale is a small town made up of many artists featured in our galleries and gift shops and has been compared to Sedona, Arizona, that is, the Sedona of yesteryear, small, quaint and artist oriented. We have 27 good to excellent restaurants with something for everyone's palette. April thru October the Zion Shuttle runs throughout Springdale into Zion's main canyon. It's free and runs every 7-10 minutes. When you arrive park you car and enjoy the ride. Our outdoor amphitheater runs a variety of concerts every season, including the Utah Symphony. Numerous other festivals occur thru the year starting with our St. Patty's Day parade, Flute Festival, 4th of July celebration, Zion Canyon Music Festival and others.
