With 5 spacious bedrooms, including 3 king beds and 3.5 bathrooms, our property comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests. This 3-story home has a large living room, an open kitchen, formal dining room, large media room and 2 car garage with parking for 3 additional cars outside. The maximum number of cars allowed on the property are 5 total cars.

The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a walk-in closet, double vanity, and a spacious walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a new gas stove, French door refrigerator, and elegant granite countertops, and opens to the cozy living room with a gas fireplace.

Entertain guests in the media room or formal dining area on the front side of the home, both offering stunning mountain views. Step outside onto the large wrap-around deck with a gas grill, accessible from 3 entries on the main floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, an office nook, and a full bathroom with double vanity. The basement suite includes a full bathroom, a large bedroom with French doors, and an efficiency kitchen with a fridge and microwave.

No parties or events are allowed and we have exterior floodlight cameras that face away from the house towards the driveway and mountain side so we can know when our housekeeping staff arrive and depart. The property has 2 flights of stairs with 4 total stairways, so stair climbing is required and the property is not wheelchair accessible. The driveway is steep and accessible by car.

Conveniently located in South Asheville, Blue Ridge Dream is just a 15-minute drive from Biltmore Village, only 20 minutes from downtown, and less than 5 minutes from the closest Whole Foods, retail shops, and restaurants.
